Rescuing peeps (mission, Maku & Kira)

As the bears fell, and Maku watched as Kira did what Kira did, he thought that the mission had been a fairly straight forward and simple one.  All they really had to do was take these people back to the village and everything would be peachy.  Peachy, gods he needed to think of a better vocabulary now that he was the leader so he didn't talk like that in front of other people.  Just as all these thoughts ran through his mind, he felt himself tackled and brought to the ground by a great furry behemoth.  As the beast went to maw him and end the young leader's reign, he in the last moment brought his hands together to form a horse seal, causing him to blink above the bear. 

Twisting in mid air, 10 meters above the bear, he made two more hand signs and shot 2 quasar pulsate blasts straight down to hit the fatty part of the bear, sending out a shower of bear parts.  Honestly it was kind of beautiful in a gory gruesome kind of way.  Well, Youka would have liked it anyway.  Maku thought about it, he missed Youka that guy knew how to do a mission.  As Maku landed cushioned by bear guts, he turned to Kira, and couldn't resist saying, "Whew looks like I.....Bearly made it. hahaha"  o he slayed himself honestly, how was he so witty.

"MMk enough fooling around Kira, honestly why you always playing around, lets get these people home and to safety"  He would walk towards kira, and shake his head to get some of the bear guts off, and possibly on to her.  Jumping off the platform, he landed next to the vilalgers, and began to lead them out of the cave.  Welp, everything seemed taken care of unless something happened on the way back to the village.  Though Maku was feeling a bit stiff so if there was any danger, he would just let Kira handle it.  After all he shouldn't get to have all the fun on these travels.  Hopefully this would get him the brownie points in the village he was after, after all how many leaders took on missions.

She turned from her task as the last of the villagers, a male she assumed to be the father of the little family, just as a stream of curse words and screams tank out from the man. He would figure out soon enough that he was safe she assumed. As she turned to look at maku and ensure he had finished with the last of the bears she heard a loud searing sound and spray of something. It was like the creature had exploded upon being struck by her friends laser like technique and the beautiful display of fire he had created prayed across her clothes and face in a less then beautiful manner.


She let out a scream before realizing what had happened and her scream of surprise and fear morphed into a glare of disgust. Why did he have to make this so messy, she thought as she hopped down from the cliff just after maku, the clone beneath them caught each just before they touched the ground to cradle their fall enough that the height wouldn't harm them before flashing a bright smile and desummoning. She was tired and covered in disgusting substance from wherever maku had aimed that laser and she just wanted to go home and shower. They left together, satisfied with the work they'd done and she would head off to collect her money for a mission well done.
