Void due the fact that Echo Uchiha destroyed the Suna Hospital during his attack on Suna and thus there would be no hospital to get the blood from.

(I'm just noting/requesting, my character knows nothing of the village or what has or hasn't been destroyed, therefore wouldn't know it's been destroyed in the first place, COUUULD have left before Azai even mentioned it being destroyed, or he isn't IC aware of it, but, would it really require a void? o.o just heading off in the direction isn't much, I could make a topic then note it's destruction to myself rather than the post(s) or topic being voided?)
