Walking down the streets of Kumogakure, Galen Okinaga would think about recent events… How he had found out about the presence of another Okinaga in Kumogakure and the growing tensions between the nations. This was all happening very quickly…… But, Galen wanted to just forget about the growing tensions and the countless dangers that could arise with it. He just wanted to have a nice relaxing training session…. Little did he know, there was going to be a guest. One who would shock Galen and make him rethink the thought of him being the last remaining Okinaga…. Arriving at the training fields, Galen would sit down and start meditating, thinking of what he could do for training.
