Zachariah had an idea. What if he released into the world a piece of his villages secret knowledge? His entire ability set? That would be interesting. And what if, for example, he accidentally put his name on Kurisu's file? Or perhaps one of the several false reports or files of missing nin from over the years? Now wouldn't that be interesting. In fact, he decided to do such, and one for Joseph as well. Joseph was a master of taijutsu with advanced knowledge of barrier ninjutsu, including one technique the likes of which would drain the chakra of all inside. Zachariah was a master of raiton, so far as to be able to manipulate the lightning of others, including but not limited to the Lightning Release Armor. His fire release was strong enough to melt any earth, boil any water, and engulf any wind, even those of a Bijuu. He also made sure that his true information would not make it out, even to his own villagers.
