The air was sweet from the scent of the honeydew suckles, that blossomed with their yellow, white tinted flowers. Their green, leaves vines twisted themselves up the trees that surrounded the lovely, quiet Yugure.

Kana always found this sort of peace, alluring. It seemed to briefly calm the wilderness within her unbeating heart.

Each time she buried her apex-predatory fangs to feast, a warmth would seem to spread through herself as the primal instincts awakened within the Kyuketsuki's dead self.

It felt as if this instinct had went into a deep slumber, for what seemed like a whole round of all seasons. Yet with the return of Mizuki herself, Kana felt the itch for something to happen. No more lazing around like some feline drunk on milk. She was ready to see some improvement.

A delicate breeze tickled the tips of her ears and feathered the loose braid that rested upon her shoulder. Her hair was braided in a complex manner and tied off by a ribbon. Loose strands of her fiery hair surrounded the smallness of her face, falling along the woman's high cheekbones.

Kana rose herself from the branch she was resting in. The black rawhide leggings that she wore brushed gently against the bark, as Kana readjusted herself. Settling into a sitting position, her knees bent around the branch as if hugging it, before the lass leaned back. Letting gravity seize hold of her small frame and letting herself fall backwards as Kana flipped from the tree. Carefully landing into a crouch.
