What it does: The user summons a stampede of animals belonging to their summoning contract, which surround the user in a 40m radius spherical swarm of creatures. Despite being technically separate beings, this stampede of animals functions as a cohesive area of effect.

The stampede can move freely so long as the user remains in contact with it. If the summon race is able to burrow the stampede can move through the earth (if its Power surpasses the relevant Health in the case of opposing earth techniques). If the summon race is able to fly the stampede can move through the air up to a maximum height of 50m (at the center). The user benefits from these movement options as well so long as they remain in contact with the stampede.

The user or any of their active summons may freely move through this technique in three dimensions and position themselves as they like at this technique's Speed while it is active, such as using it as a platform by moving to the front or a shield by remaining in the centre. The user may also move allies harmlessly within the Stampede, but they will be subject to the Strength check described below. The animals do not hurt the caster, and actively cooperate in helping them position themselves, so they do not get in the way (including obscuring vision or most other senses). However, the stampede is very rowdy, and its noise overwhelms any regular sound or sound-based technique that does not have a Power surpassing that of the stampede's.

If a target is struck by the stampede, they will be both dealt physical damage equal to this technique's Power and subject to a Strength check. If they fail, they are brought inside of the mass and become unable to move themselves, where they will be inflicted with 70 damage for every post they are unable to escape. The user may maneuver a trapped enemy through the stampede the same way they would be able to move themselves, or even throw them out of it using this technique's stats (treated as throwing an item without the Weaponry specialty).

Unless a technique states that it places a defeated technique on cooldown, it will generally punch a hole in this technique where it wins a clash rather than fully dispelling it, similarly to overcoming an earth wall. This technique clashes with chakra-based techniques without issue.

If the user is separated from the host, the stampede will remain in its current location until the user is reunited with it or the technique ends, the animals in a state of general confusion and disarray.
