A Disgruntled few

Two of the workers were down and there was one left in his path. He figured they would have tried to flee or something but they decided they would stay and try to fight him even if they had no chance of winning. He wondered why, what this particular room so important, he wondered. After he dealt with the last one, he'd find the answer to his questions. The last worker was able to move once again, but still didn't approach him. Normally, when Kzimaru used force he didn't stop to think about it after he was done with his assault but this time was different. He figured he'd try to go the route via interrogation. Kizmaru would tell the worker it doesn't have to be like the other two he had just defeated if he told him the information he sought, dropped his weapon and came quietly. He didn't want to have to shed blood if he didn't have to. The worker shook its head 'no' to Kizmaru's request as if they were willing to die. Kizmaru's mouth underneath his steel mask formed into a frown as he shook his head in a disapproving manner as if the worker made the wrong choice, in Kizmaru's honest opinion.

He'd try once again to persuade the worker but this time, they weren't hearing any of it and decided to attack so, with little to no choice, Kizmaru had no choice but to defend himself. Whether it be a fly or a lion, Kizmaru never had the kindness to go easy on his opponent. The worker had swung his weapon, which also broke on the dark red, steam armor. Like the previous one's attack, the makeshift weapon only proceeded to break upon contact with his armor which only made Kizmaru release a sigh. Extending his right arm towards his opponent, Kizmaru placed his hand onto the worker's cheek before pulling back and giving them a slap across the chin with his maximum speed and strength, knocking the worker unconscious and watching the body slump over lifelessly. This all could have been avoided if they had given when he wanted and complied. It was a shame though, now he had more work cut out from him as he had to search for whatever they were trying to guard in here. Searching around what he deemed as the master bedroom of the keep, Kizmaru eventually found a hidden stash of the magical wood they had put away in a secret wall compartment. Looks to him, as if they were smuggling away their own share of the spoils in a large rucksack. 

A little laugh had escaped his lips as if he took the rucksack from its hiding spot and began to apprehend the unconscious workers. Walking back through the door he had initially walked through, he found himself back at the dais before walking through the great hall to the double doors where he had initially split off from Keita. Regrouping with him, he decided to share what he had found with him and leave the stronghold.
