Thunder in the clouds (Kutari)

Thor woke up early this morning , he had one thing on his mind today and it wasent about killing someone. Today he wanted to meet with the Raikage. He never had gotten the chance to do so before and he thought now may be the best time to do so. Thor had been wanting to get more involved around the village but he didnt have any idea of where to start. He didnt want to be more useful around the village for the sake of other poeple, he was doing al of this for himself. He knew if he would be able to get onto good terms with the kage and show his worth , then maybe he would be able to find the excitement that he was ever so looking for. with all of that being felt , he knew a part of him did care for his village and wanted to to grow into something great. He hated having to do so much or go so far out of his way to find something worth his time but today just meeting the Kage for the first time would be all the excitement that he would need for the day. Thor quickly got in the shower before getting dressed, not wasting any extra time in there than needed. He grabbed an apple of his table before heading out of his door. To his surprise and slight delight , rain was beginning to fall. Thor smiled. He loved the rain "healing" ability. It was like every time he stepped out onto it his inner demons relaxed.

It didnt take long for Thor to make his way from his home to the Raikage estate. He decided to stand there for a moment looking up at the building as small rain drops fell on his face. As the rain fell Thor could hear the thunder rumbling above. It was slight to exciting for Thor to be walking up to the Raikage office with out having a meeting already planned out, but he hopped thanks to his rank he would be able to meet with the Kage on such short notice. Thor only hoped that he wsent interrupting the Kage from some important work. He sighed as he walked up to the front door and opened it. He was greeted by a young lady and after a couple moments of talking , she had pointed the jounin in the direction of the Kage office. He had heard rumors about the Kage but he was never the type to go off those, he had to see everything for himself and make his own judgement. As he approached the door, his excitement was bursting through the roof. He knocked three times before waiting to be told weather to come inside or go away. Hopefully the Kage was in a good mood to talk , cause the last thing he wanted to do was piss off the Kage.

The paperwork securing the integrity of Kumogakure’s future was all but enjoyable, the methodical transaction of going from paper to paper overlooking the village and making sure it was in operating condition was utterly boring. Surely one of the less eventful parts of the job, all of which he had to come to terms with if he wished to continue along his path for greater change in the Shinobi world. Though luckily today it seemed Gidyne would have some time to step away from the mountain of papers for a bit of time and address one of the Jounin that requested an audience with the lord. He hadn’t met the Shinobi prior and felt it’d be important to begin creating a bit of a relationship with the elite of his village, therefore would oblige with meeting with the male - though the unyielding amounts of paper were one of the main reasons he had such a change of heart.

He awaited for the male to arrive after being informed by one of his attendants, the thought coming across his mind that it may prove beneficial to hire someone to do such frivolous desk work for him. However just as the thought came by he heard a knock upon his door, assuming it to be the same Shinobi that was referenced earlier. The clouds of Kumogakure daunting in their task to obstruct the talks amongst the two with their flavorful strikes, he paid it no mind as he spoke aloud so the male could hear him, “Come in.” As he signaled for the man to enter the room, he’d move the stack of papers to the side on the ground so there’d be a better method to address the man directly aside from essentially talking to a stack of papers, taking note of the various safety measures he's always had in the room placed in case something amiss occurred, always a step ahead. He’d retrieve one sole file that was actually the man’s Shinobi record as he did a quick gloss over to see who exactly he was working with on this subject at hand.

Once he entered the room and stood in front of Gidyne’s desk he’d be tasked to wait momentarily as the Raikage concluded his quick study. He’d easily close the file and place it on the desk before him, looking Thor in his eyes as he’d be met by a kind yet mild smile, “Good morning, Thor Senju. What brings you here today?”

Thor stood there awaiting a response, as he waited he couldnt help but be thankful thatthe Kage was able to spar a couple minutes of his time to speak with him. Thor had been thinking about the way he would approach this situation for a while now and to his luck, none of the stuff he went over before he got there had stuck with him. "Shit", he though to himself. Just then he had heard the Kage tell him to enter. He took a deep breath and open the door. He was slightly amazed to see the amount of paper work that the Kage had around him , and while the job of Kage was a very commendable job , he knew it was something he could never bring himself to doing. He cared about the village but was more focus on himself and finding new ways to entertain himself. EVen though he was a selfish person , that didnt mean he had no problem doing things to help the village grow and prosper. He smiled and returned the greeting the Kage gave him , Thor started to feel as though he might of caught the Kage in a good mood. 

Thor stood infront of the Kage desk looking at him. He didnt want to waste either of their time , so he got straight to the point. "Sir, im trying to be more involved in the village , im skilled in a variety of things but im missing something to take me to another level", Thor said before taking a pause. What he was about to do next was something he didnt think he would ever have to do, but it was something he must atleast try." Will you train me", Thor said as he looked at his Kage. He wasent sure if the kage would flat out deny him or find some way to help him. He knew he could satisfy two things by having the Kage train him. The first being able to learn new things and different fighting skills, the second being satisfying his thirst for a good battle.

"Sorry, my hands are currently full and I won't be able to train you. It's nothing personal, though I need to see more from you before I could even consider training you. You've had a very intriguing backstory however I simply need to witness more from you. Until then, I must be off I'm rather busy." If Thor wanted it, he'll have to climb and push to receive the proper recognition. Otherwise he'll never be capable or worth training quite simply, this was nothing more than a test to see how bad he wanted it and how much he was willing to go on his own and the grit it took to realize such a thing.
