My Family (P, Kenshin, Kutari) - Page 2 Empty Re: My Family (P, Kenshin, Kutari)

Mon Jul 01, 2019 11:04 am
It seemed the foolish little boy had few qualms or intent to resist his untimely demise as he simply cowered in fear like a broken jester for the noble court to relish in. Crying and whimpering knowing well enough any attempt at resisting the justice bestowed upon him by his ruler’s decree being utterly useless, almost thankful for the kindness Kutari showed making sure it would be a quick and painless death due to his previous uses satisfying his humor. Alas, all things must die as the jester’s longevity would be met by the cold metallic substance which was Kutari’s blade, as it wrenched through his neck as commanded without any sign of retaliation on the poor boy’s part. The crimson residue would pop off like fireworks upon the contact of Kutari’s blade as it shredded through the various cells and muscles that the frail boy’s body attempted to resist, though overall being in vain and a futile effort as the King’s intent remained true. The splashing waters would travel throughout the entire scene as it coated the sand in it’s crimson hue, operating in a 360 degree angle lashing out it’s last words as a parade of blood raided Kutari’s newly wedded attire, it’s gooey essence always being quite a sight to behold.

The boy’s body would soon go limp before falling abruptly to the ground, collapsing under its own weight once accepting the hardest part of it’s impending fate, the water works continuing on due to the pressure of blood following it’s newly layered path of circulation, exposed to the climate around with Kutari’s newly made adjustments. He would glare down at the boy apathetically as he tried to decipher the intent and backstory of such an odd child, what his purpose was for coming to such lands and how uninformed he must truly be for not being aware of the condition of Sunagakure long before. From what Kutari understood, such lands were under the reign of Kumogakure for a long time now, the life of a slave amounted to nothing in the bitter end and would change the very person enslaved by the authority of another greater power, the likelihood of this Kudo individual having family that still had their integrity intact and the people he recalled in his memory were close to none, a product of the very comprehension of warfare. Now he laid, broken and defeated as his lifespan tuckered out long ago, for what cause was this entire fiasco for? The umbar Uchiha would kneel down by the corpse he had a hand in creating, the other hand due to the child’s own misfortune and difficulty comprehending his surroundings and the hellish nature of this world. The shock left behind the decapitated head of the boy would paint a lavish picture as to what he failed to understand up until his final moments, as if happening upon an epiphany of the error of his ways and foolish take on the world. He came to foreign lands having long been conquered by numerous threats, the village a shadow of what it once was however long that may be for the boy’s memory, and began to make demands and threats that were greater than what he was capable of handling, not even able to react to Kutari’s movements to wrap around behind him. The child was truly a fool, and Kutari could only wonder who in their right mind would allow someone of such a mental capacity to free roam around the world without any form of guidance or chaperoning. Whoever had custody over the child would be in for a rude awakening as his disappearance would be known shortly thereafter and they’d never find the body due to what Kutari intended to do, for a moment he was expecting to see someone come out of hiding intending to claim Kudo and his body, while simultaneously attempting to enact revenge for the apparent sin Kutari just committed being through butchering a child of such limited awareness and intellect. Though as the wind stagnantly maneuvered and barely brushed up the soaking sand piles that intended to reach far down into the earth, Kutari would reckon no one would come to his aid after he had already perished, be it that they were too fearful to come challenge Kutari, or very well there was no one in the jurisdiction to have even perceived such an activity.

The sand was desolate and scarce in lifespan, and Kutari did his deed and knew it was about time to start heading out and returning to Kenshin, expecting a sizable reward after the man killed the foolish boy that insulted his ally in such a manner.  He would begin to pack up the boy’s head and body as he would need to verify it was in fact the child’s body that had perished, though he didn’t expect to see much resistance from Kenshin as to whether he would believe Kutari if he hadn’t brought the head at all. The trust the two had in one another was something neither wanted to speak on or talk about, but it was a brotherly bond of sorts that kept the two together and didn’t require them to speak, though the hardened exteriors of the two combatants and their pasts would cause them to fail expressing such emotions and interest in their bond. Kutari would begin to place Kudo’s remains within a corpse scroll as he thought about the matter, making quick work as he saw the jester for the final time before putting him in the storage displacement, alongside the ryo he had on his person if any at the time. Kutari began to snicker at the reward he would soon receive and got happy at its contents, this bargain with Kenshin was a beautiful arrangement devised by the two that helped one another significantly, and at points like this Kutari would be overjoyed at how easy it would be to net so much ryo in such a short period of time, his earlier days of fighting to survive financially crying out due to how unfair the entire situation would be.

With that set in mind, Kutari would rise from his position and begin to go within the village once more, deciding what he would do with his money and what purposes he’d try to put it into, alongside how he’ll deal with the remainder of his day now that the sight of interest was nothing more than a corpse in a scroll. He would take his time walking throughout the walls as nothing would be happening as he went inside, the day crisp and clear as no attacks or anything were in sight upon that gracious day.
