Damn, gotta love all the hate being tossed her way despite her posting a gif saying 'you deserve it' for Yurei in congratulations. For for the record Sakana she asked me if she could before doing so. I didn't see a problem with it since it was in no way rude or anything so I said yes, and since I AM in the thread as the proctor I do believe that meets the requirement? 

I think it's adorable that people already started downvoting her for congratulating someone that if any of you actually bothered to read around would see that she's done before. So there is no 'malicious' or 'insulting' context in it. Despite what some people may want to read into. 

Of course I don't mean to be rude to Sakana above, he couldn't have known she had permission as she asked me over skype and is simply doing his job.

All of you losers downvoting someone for no reason need to grow a spine and post something though.
