The Road to Yuki

Vigil would be in front of him as they continued on their way to Yuki, he hoped that there wasn't any MN on the way, he was strong, but not that strong. Sora looked over the land as he traveled, taking in the site of how much brighter everything was away from Kumogakure, too bad it was still as cold as ever, they were on their way to Yukigakure which was dubbed 'The Land of Snow'.

Sora turned to Vigil to see how he was fairing. The boy smiled towards him, it wouldn't hurt to engage in some verbal confrontation. "So, what do you specialize in as a ninja, Vigil? I'm currently into Fuinjutsu, but when I become a Chuunin I'll specialize in Ninjutsu as well." The Genin would look forwards as he waited for the response of Vigil.

Once they got away from the narrow passages of the mountains Vigil led Sora off the path and through the many forests and plains. They would pick up speed, moving in a flight-like sprint through the branches - like you would imagine the ninja doing. The exemplar had memorized their route and he intended to reach their destination within a day. It was a nice surprise that the Genin was capable of moving at Vigil's full speed and was not slowing him down, in fact it was the seal clone that was the slower one here.

Their trip would not be one for sightseeing and admiration of the nature, there would be no stops at dango shops or hot springs along the way. The two were on an assignment and their most current objective was to get to their destination as fast as possible. Luckily the terrain was not too difficult. Vigil made sure the route took them through as few mountains and mountain passes as possible, allowing them to maintain a steady sprint. And soon the landscape would begin to even out further. Along with that came a decrease in temperature as they moved into the land of snow.

As they were running along this kind of tundra with the view of mountains behind them and wide open frosted plains before the Uzumaki turned his head at the exemplar and asked about the kind of jutsu he specialized in. Apparently the boy was a Fuuinjutsu user himself and intended to train up his ninjutsu in the future. Rolling his eyes a bit in attempt to summarize his abilities Vigil responded. "I inherited strong potential in the sealing arts as well, but currently I mostly study and use medical ninjutsu, I work in the hospital as a med-nin, you see." He would continue, the cold air making his breath come out as steam as he spoke. "What interests me the most is not the ability to heal people, but to bolster them. As well as advanced sensory techniques."

His head snapped back to Vigil as he spoke, so it seemed that he specialized in Fuinjutsu as well, "I don't mean to pry, but is there anything you'd be willing to teach, I'm always looking for a chance to get stronger."

"I'm always looking for a chance to learn more about Fuinjutsu," Sora thought to himself. As the weather got colder he finally realized that they were in Yuki, this was the first time he had been to a different place. "Whoa..." The boy muttered as he looked around all the snow. All previous thoughts about Kumo and defecting disappeared into the wind, the cold wind he might add. 

There were people walking around, not many looked battle ready, Sora gulped, was he ready for this? He had never had to take anyone's life before, he didn't even know if he was ready now.

"A-are you ready, Vigil?" Sora muttered. He tried to sound strong but his voice cracked. The boy would continue to walk into the village casually, ignoring the faces of children Roxas' age running around.
