Time was a powerful thing. Perhaps the most powerful thing in existence. Time killed without struggle. It was constantly moving forward, advancing even as the young man walked across the water. Time changed things. It had changed Takeo's thoughts. It felt like it had been years. Perhaps it had been. He wasn't sure, his own perception of time being skewed. Still. He knew that enough time had passed. Takeo missed it. The place where he had felt safe during his tenure on this earth. The place he had grew up in, the place he had destroyed in wrath. The man smiled slightly. Perhaps it was finally time to head home.
