Meeting with the Wind God or something

Kyofu had been told that if he wanted to join the village he needed to talk to the Kazekage Koroshi in person, he asked around town and apparently the man was usually cooped up within his tower. Walking through the streets of Suna Kyofu was hoping he could find the tower his was looking for, people said you can not miss it as it is the most wierd looking building in the inner city.

As he walked he came upon a tower that match the appearance requirements, maybe this was the tower he thought as he walked towards the doorway of the building. As he walked within the building he saw a desk that had a lady behind it, just like in Hoshigakure.

Walking up to the desk Kyofu being polite would smile down at the lady and said " I come from a faraway country and was hoping to seek safe Haven within Sungakure. I was told that if I wanted to join the village I would need to speak with the Kazekage Koroshi " said Kyofu.

The village as always will be active as usual, and should the man ask any of the villagers or passing ninja where the Kazekage building would be they would advise to him that it would be a large building near the center of town, Kyofu walking through the village he would happen upon a very large round building, with the Suna symbol on a sign above the large double doors.  Rounding the building would be some cut outs for windows, large enough for people to go in and out from, this most likely being an added feature from Koroshi's time in the Leaf village as they often times would use windows to enter and exit in stead of doors. Should the man continue with his actions and would enter the building he would be greeted by a women in his mid 30's, she would ask his first and last name, village, rank, and different information like that upon him entering the building, at her side are two chunin guards. Should the boy answer of her questions in kind, then she would have one of the chunin lead him up the stairs and to the Kazekage office. This is where Koroshi Uchiha is at, as he is filing some paper work and training to see which would be better, to let his genin go into the chunin exams, or for him to continue with his plan of having them enter into a tournament with extra prizes,  he could always do both and make this chunin and up for the tournament, after being through the exams the fights might be more interesting any way, and it also might show more of the battle power and such like.


As Koroshi is going through these thoughts should he hear a knock at his door he would reply with come in, as he begins writing and planning things out for the tournament and trying to make new ideas.

Kyofu was greeted by a woman in her mid 30s who asked for his name, village, rank as well as more information. Sounding nice Kyofu would say " My name is Kyofu Ishi, I am a Genin who recently came from the village of Hoshigakure because of the personalities of the citizens there. I saw that Sunagakure was a nice village with a Kazekage who protected his ninja to the fullest so I was hoping I can join the sand " said Kyofu without a breath. The woman looked at one of the Chuunin giving the man some kind of signal. The ninja waved his hand to Kyofu with a come on motion directing Kyofu up a set of stairs towards what Kyofu would assume to be the Kazekage office. The Chuunin would knock on the door followed by a voice saying come in from the other side.

The Chuunin would open the door and tell Kyofu to walk in while he himself stood guard at the door. Walking in Kyofu caught sight of the Kazekage at all his glory sitting down doing paperwork. Blonde hair hung over the man shoulders as he flipped through papers. Gathering the attention of the man Kyofu would cough and say " Hello Lord Koroshi, my name is Kyofu Ishi and I am seeking safe Haven within the village, I am a Genin who possess a powerful ability that I did not want to tell the lady below because I don't want to b thought of as a freak. During my childhood experiments were being put on me that turned me into a human who's body were made out of threads. These humans are called users of the Earg Grudge Fear technique. It works by gathering the hearts of others and assimilating them within the body. Me myself have acquired 2 hearts which are of the wind and water elements. However I did not kill anyone to obtain the hearts they were given to me " said Kyofu revealing everything in one go deciding not to leave anything out.

(Please stop controlling my ninja and what they do that is my job lol)

The chunin after bringing the boy to the door of the office would walk to the left side of the door allowing the boy to knock on it should he choose to, if however the boy only looks at the door the chunin giving him a blank look would knock on the door for him, wondering what might be wrong with the boy. Should this happened and Koroshi calls out the chunin would gesture for the boy to go in, the chunin however would remain at the left side of the door allowing the boy to open it very easy without having to worry about him getting in the way.

After the boy enters through the door and gets the attention of Koroshi, he would look up from his paper work seeing a new face, it would seem that his village is getting a lot of traffic for ninja with no homes, or ones that are wanted for some reason or another. Curious to see what reason this boy is here he places his papers aside and gestures for him to sit on the chair in front of him, should he do so and continue with what he was going to tell him, Koroshi begins to listen, from what he knows about the technique the boy is speaking about he has only known one person to ever use it, and that was hundreds of years ago, but a missing ninja who passed away a long time ago, he thought that this skill was lost, and in Koroshi's mind it might have been better if it was. Although it would seem that the technique is showing up again, and the boy begins to explains it to him, stating that he already has two hearts, this is a bit of an off putting thought as he has someone else's flesh within him, and is using it to gain power, even if what he is saying is true about someone giving their hearts to him. He doesn't know who would give someone a heart, it seems as though this would be a very odd thing to give to someone, but from what he can feel the boy seems to be telling the truth as his doton senses are always activate around him so that he can make sure of the safety of both himself and everyone within this building. One thing is off however, with his sensing he can tell that the boy is a lot stronger then a normal genin, in fact he has high chunin level as far as chakra, and just by looking at his body structure he seems a lot more fit and able then most genin as well.

"I see, nice to meet you Kyofu Ishi. Now as far as making sure of your safety Suna is the safest place in the world, and will continue to be so as long as I live. You are welcome to join us although I would have to ask that you do not seek to gain any more hearts, here in Suna we respect the dead, and we try to refrain from killing" As Koroshi says this he begins to smile and extend his right arm toward the boy for a hand shake, this is used for their greeting and for them making a deal for the boy not to seek any more hearts, should the boy accept and shake Koroshi hand, he would continue with more information about Suna, and how he would begin getting his housing, as well as his headband.


(Leaving this part a bit vague because I want to see your reply to Koroshi's offer about not using EGF to get any more hearts, as depending on your answer things might go differently lol Also note that Koroshi is reasonable and if you ask for different ways to use the hearts he will make deals with you)

He saw that Koroshi had looked up from his place at the desk as the man would say " I see nice to meet you Kyofu Ishi, now as far as making sure of your safety Suna is the safest place in the world. And will continue to be so as long as I live. You are welcome to join us although I would have to ask that you do not seek to gain any more hearts here in Suna we respect the dead and try to refrain from killing ". After hearing what the man had to say Kyofu would take a seat at one of the chairs in front of the desk, after sitting he raised his hand and shook Koroshi's as he said " I respect your wishes, I see that from the looks of things you really love your villagers and don't want then hurt. If you feel that me gathering hearts is bad I will stop ".

Kyofu would bring his hand down back to his lap thinking about what else the man Koroshi was going to say, however he did not expect much since Earth Grudge Fear was always the thing people were wary about with him. Nice personality, calm mind but with the earth grudge fear all of that could change how another thought of him. Of course it was not like he needed anymore hearts anyway.

Koroshi smiles as it seems the man will honor his wishes as there is no change in heart beat or his voice so this meant he was telling the truth, if Koroshi ever stopped being a kage he might consider being an interrogator as he could get all of the information that he would need and could tell if it was true or not. With that bit of business done and after the hand shake Koroshi would lean back into his chair a bit, before speaking once more "Thank you for honor this request, I don't mean to limit your power, I would just rather no one get hurt to further your strength as it is not needed. Also since these experiments were done on you without your control you do not have to worry about being judged, and you will not have to worry about anyone fearing you, or treating you differently. The people of Suna trust me and my judgment of character" As Koroshi says this he reaches into one of his drawers in search of a Suna headband to get it ready to give to him, with all of the people from other villages coming to join Suna he might think of having a box of head bands brought to his office from the academy.

"Now I assume that my ninja down stairs have already asked you the questions about your age, rank, and village, but if you could run it by me so I can add it into the folder of ninja in Suna, after which we can begin getting you registered with housing, give you access to training grounds, and get you mission ready" Koroshi says as he grab a hold of the headband in his desk and sits it a side for the moment so that he can give it to the boy once he has added him into the paper work. Once the headband was on a different side of his drawer and easier to get, Koroshi would grab a folder with the letter "K" on it, surprisingly Koroshi has been trying to be as neat as he can with paper work, making sure that everything is in alphabetical order

Kyofu would nod his head towards Koroshi and say " Muy name is Kyofu Ishi but I prefer to just be called Kyo, I am of Genin rank and I am 18 years old. I was previously a ninja of of Hoshigakure but now a ninja of Sunagakure " said Kyofu with a smile. It seemed that everything had went well and he did not get kicked out of the village. He thought that after he revealed what he was to Koroshi and how get got more powerful the man would surely try to escort him back to the gates telling him he could not go back to the village.

Koroshi nods as he writes down the information into the book, making sure that if his old village went looking for them he would know who it might be, his rank made it easy to place him within Suna, although he is a Genin he may have him go through some classes at the academy so that he can learns the basics of living in the desert, and of course how everyone should treat each other within the village. "Alright so it would seem that everything is in order, you will be able to keep your genin rank, although I would advise that you go through or at least sit in some of our classes at the academy so that way you can get the lay of the land, and be a bit more social with your fellow ninja" As Koroshi says this he grabs the headband that he had prepared and offers it to the boy "With this headband I will be giving you a message as well, everyone in Suna is considered to be like family, we look after each other no matter what, and we respect life above all else, if you are in danger do not be afraid to call on us, and if you view that someone else is in danger and you can help, we will hope that you will return that same protection"

Grabbing the headband with grace Kyofu would pull it towards himself and tie it around his forehead pulling his hair over the Sunagakure symbol only leaving faint outlines of it to show that he was a ninja of the sand. Nodding to Koroshi, Kyofu would say " Yes sir, I will do as you say as well as take what you say into consideration. I'll be sure to go to the academy to get acquainted with the many ninja as well as familiar myself with the tactics of the village " standing from his chair Kyofu would bow towards the direction of his new higher-up.

"Thank you for taking me in as one of your own" after saying those words Kyofu would turn around and walk out the door and heading out of the tower on his way to find a new place to live within the village.
