denied kozai went through 3 pages and saw zero mention of either technique you're claiming stats for which is significantly less then the 2/3 min.

Requesting a 2nd opinion on this, since there are basically countless precedents for this (and I did quite a bit of med stuff in the thread).

Read through all four pages myself, to claim training for a jutsu, you must be practicing said jutsu, if we missed the sections where it is mentioned, please quote the parts so we can look over it further. Until further evidence is brought up to concrete such training, it will be denied, being only a blind claim to use the words for something.
