Words on a page

In a flash of gold Maku would step out into the familiar area of the black market.  It had been sometime since he had stepped in this place.  Having first come across it when he had deserted his village, he had mostly learned about t after he had taken on the mantle of mercenary for the former village of Iwagakure.

Youka and himself had made a living off this place, taking missions from a dark figure who always seemed to be in shade.  Maybe he was albino, or really was scared of melanoma.  Whatever the case he had no shortage of jobs and ryo, so few questions had ever been asked.

Even as a leader, Maku had kept tabs on the area.  If not acting on the jobs his former MN name of Kani was still known well enough.  Having taken full control of the criminal syndicate in Haven country, he thought it time to pay the place a visit.  His pull hadn't stopped at one village, instead he had set his sights further.  His gangs leaving the village and working in even the most minor of hovels through out the land.  It was just progression now, to check on the no man's land between the law.

Maku's appearance was louder than anyone else's in the room.  He wore a large fur coat, with a purple vest beneath and purple slacks.  The fur coat was clasped with a gold chocker.  His eyes scanned the area bright red as the 4 men he had teleported with him began moving to ensure he was not stopped.  He gave several men and women a familiar nod, a wave, and all returned politely.

He had been one of the stronger MN when he had worked here constantly, not the strongest but formidable enough to be left alone.  Now however he didn't fear any man.  Finding the man he was looking for he would rap his arm around the scared and angry looking men.

"My dear Francis, or do you still go by Razor, anyway Francis anything good going around?"  He would watch as the man shrugged his arm off and retreated only to return shortly after.  Apperantly there were plenty of bounties out and about.  One for a Mitsui, whoever that was.  Maku would simply toss the paper away.  The next several were probably from rivaling gangs offering measles rewards for silly kills.  Honestly why waist his time.

"Francis, anything on Hoshigakire yet?"  He would ask nonchalantly.  He had promised he would help protect the place, for now.  Besides if it gave insight on the me. Den was after well, two birds.  "Just this one..."  The man would grunt handing Maku nobly piece of paper.

A contract to infiltrate and scout on the village.  Well, nothing new there.  After all, it had to have gotten around that Denkitki had set up the school, and the place was gettin oddly popular.  Honestly he was going to have to start killing peasants at the gate to keep the riff raff out.

"Mmmmk thanks Franc....."  He would sop mid sentence as a single paper bought his attention.  Yes bought, the purse was large.  If to be believed it had even been set down by the Hokage himself, now that was interesting.

A Jason Senju, he had never heard of him before.  Well, that was fascinating.  He mentioned learning about a strange power even.  This seemed like a lot to put inside an advert for missing ninja.  It was here though, and a smile crossed his lips.  Perhaps it was time to go visit the place.  "Thanks Francis, I'll take this one to.  Tell Juliet and and little Franny I say hi to."  

With that a golden sphere would envelope Maku and the four men he had brought, and with a shuffling of papers they why were gone.  When Francis, or Razor, went to put back the papers he would finally see which one was messing.  The paper that had read "Assassinate the Hokage" was undoubtedly missing.
