Youka was slowly walking through Taki's borders making his way for the snow village, there were things left there that he needed in order to continue with the plans that were being laid out. Thinking the whole way he wondered what else he could do to possibly increase the protection and camouflage of his secret entrance. It was at that time that a very intriguing idea hit him, he had been working on designing chakra rods that redirected chakra signs back and forth to cause confusion, it would be the perfect place to test just how well they worked.

Plans were just in their infancy and now he needed bodies as well to practice his designs and ensure it would be ready when used on a live subject.
