Leave of Absence

Hokage-sama


This letter is a formal request for a leave of absence. As you know, I am a recent recruit dedicated to the protection of the Village Hidden in the Leaves and its citizens, and would like to take my training beyond village borders to see that goal to fruition. I plan to study in other countries of the world, learning what I can from other villages. I plan to return within a year, hopefully with a beautiful girlfriend or two on my arm~
Please expect an occasional update on my findings.

Koaru re-read the letter he had written to the Hokage. He walked down the corridor were he met a guard stationed at the entrance to the Hokage's main chambers. Koaru explain his intention to deliver this letter before taking his leave. If the Hokage was present, Koaru would supplement his letter with an explanation in person. In the event that the Hokage was absent, about doing his duties as Hokage, Koaru would hand the letter to the guard to be left of the Hokage's desk for when he returned.
