Jason's gathering of strength

Jason woke up while yawning stiffly. Jason went to the kitchen and found a note at the fridge door where it stated that his mother has gone shopping and left his favorite sandwiches. after a morning breakfast, Jason went out while bringing his trusty katana sword with him. Jason went to the usual training post and started to swing his sword and sheath. Jason begun striking a log several times with his fists and legs. thinking back to his father's death, Jason began to strike faster and harder. Jason hit the log so hard and fast that his knuckles started to bleed and the log almost destroyed. After wiping off the blood and some rest, Jason began to jog around the training area. after a few laps Jason decided he had enough of running and so he went to do some push-ups. after about making 20 of them, Jason had enough and lied down there to rest. after some rest, Jason got up and started to do 10 punches and 10 kicks to the log. Jason took out his katana and sliced the log in two, after weakening it a lot. feeling satisfied, Jason sheathed his katana and went on home.
