Call of help (P)

Yozora was in her office, which was actually in the same hallways as Tenkages, the office from which nothing was heard recently as the Tenkage was not there for some reason. This had put a lot of pressure on her, as she was the highest ranking officer around and the critical documents that needed signing were routed to her instead. This had left little time for rest, let alone for training; some days she would not even leave the office. Did they even pay her for this? I think not...

So yeah, it was becoming unbearable and at some point she decided to seek help. To seek one person she knew was in town and was competent of handling Tenkage's work, at least temporarily. Intel suggested that Shinji after a short journey had returned to Tengakure, reasons unknown as Yozora had not met him yet. She would write him a letter, explaining the situation and asking to help her through it. After all it was he who gave her, maybe not this post, but this ranking. And he knew Kageship. She believed that nobody would really object to his temporal return if it meant that things would get going around here. At the end of her letter she added to see her in the ANBU deputy office if he wanted to speak to her.

Den is inactive and things are frozen. Instead of staging a coup as encouraged by the admin board, requesting Shinji for temporal Kage replacement until Den returns]

Should Shinji accept, he is approved to take up the Kage mantle once more. Technically he never loses the power and can come back like Hiruzen did after Minato's death. Both of them can share the Kage spot, but with Den being the acting Tenkage he would supersede Shinji's authority should they argue.
