The Crimson Haven (WIP)
Fri Jan 12, 2024 5:43 pm
Name: The Crimson Haven
Size: Safe House
Owner[s]: Junko Tsukiko, Denkiteki Hayato, and Azuki Shinoda
Rough Location: Tengakure Ruins
History: After meeting in the dream realm equivilet of the ruins in Tengakure Junko and Denkiteki decided they'd like to work together seeing as they meshed well under stress beforehand. Junko also knew of a trustworthy vagabond who could benefit from having a safe place so she invited Azuki to join them in their hideout planning. They all came together and decided that it'd be beneficial for the three of them to have a haven to train, rest, eat, and relax in.
Appearance:
Crumbled sky skyscrapers and previous homes stand to each side of a ruined roadway. Hidden away under a small pile of rubble deep within a near-collapsing home there seems to be a latch that would presumably lead to some sort of cellar. Exploring further would simply lead you down into an equally abandoned basement, there were a handful of crates, broken furniture, barrels, and miscellaneous items remaining. To an outside viewer, it simply looked like someone had previously used it for storage and nothing more.
However, inside a large wardrobe, there was a false backing that acted like a door. Knocking on it five times would loosen the locking mechanism enough to where you could simply push it open. Walking through the door you enter a long tunnel leading down at an angle, that stopped at 50 meters. Opening another door at the end of the tunnel would lead to a large, cozy room. It seemed to be one large room, that was half a kitchen and the other half a living room. On the wall opposite the entrance were two doors leading to the training room, to the left of that would be a door leading to a storage room and on the wall to the right was the entrance to Azuki’s sleeping quarters, then finally on the left is a door heading towards the bathroom. Walking through each entrance would lead into a small hallway, about 10 feet wide, and 20 feet long, then you'd need to walk through another door that allowed you to enter the next room. Connected to the training room was a door hidden behind a large tapestry that led to a long stone hallway. Three doors could be seen, two led to Den, Junko, and the clone's bedroom. The last door led to a room that acted as a laboratory and medical facility. All of the rooms except the laboratory had dark brown wooden flooring and walls reinforced by stone. However, the laboratory floor was made from marble, so it would be easier to clean in case of an emergency.

- Room Layouts:
- Living Room and Kitchen::
(Main Forum)
Room Size: 11m width x 18m length x 3m ceiling
Upon entering the hideout the first room you encounter is usually the most inhabited. To the left was an average kitchen equipped with anything they would need to make a variety of meals. Matching dark brown cabinets lined the entire left side, along with a sink, stove, and refrigerator. Beside the kitchen, between the bathroom and training room doors, would be the door to the storage room. On each side of the storage room door, there were two black plushie chairs, with a single red pillow on each. From the entrance door, the immediate right would have two matching reclining chairs that sat in front of the wall that had the door to Azuki’s bedroom. One couch large would sit pushed up against the wall between the two entrances of the training room. Beside the couch to the right would be a bookshelf that seemed to be made of the same material that the cabinets were made of that was lined with various books. In front of the couch, there was a small glass coffee table that had drawers under it that were used to hold a variety of card and dice games. In the center of the room was a little island that they had used as a dining table, two wooden stools were on each side of it. The room also had a handful of knickknacks and items scattered on different shelves and the table.
- Bathroom:
Room Size: 5m width x 17m length x 3m ceiling
On the western side of the room, through the doors, you'd find yourself in an extravagant bathroom. On the opposite side of the room, there was a porcelain toilet, and beside it a matching sink. To the left on the farthest side of the room, there was a large bathtub that acted as a hot spring that could fit up to 8 people in it. On the wall closest to the entrance to the left-hand side there was a relatively large wooden sauna and a shower beside that. Directly to the left of the entrance was a large cabinet that held various soaps, towels, robes, Washcloths, and whatever else one would need in the bathroom.
- Storage Room:
Room Size: Octagon shape, each wall 2m wide, 3m ceiling
In between the door leading to the bathroom and the doors leading to the training room led to the storage room. For the time being the storage room held all the food, drinks, supplies, and necessities they required while in the hideout. Large barrels and crates held the various items and were stacked upon each other in a very organized manner. A handful of spare furniture was in here as well, along with any medical supplies the laboratory couldn't house.
- Azuki Room:
Room Size: 4m width x 9m length x 3m ceiling
On the eastern side of the living room/kitchen, there's a door that leads to Azuki’s bedroom. Upon entering you'd see a rather plain and minimalistic room. Unlike in the other rooms, no tapestries hung to cover the bare stone walls. On the opposite side of the room from the entrance there was a large dresser, on top of it were a handful of different ninja tools. Beside it stood a training dummy, and some weapon racks. Pushed up against the farthest wall to the right was an extravagant queen-sized bed. Black silk sheets and matching pillowcases laid on top of the bed along with a red goose feather comforter.
- Training room:
Room Size: 10m width x 20m length x 5m ceiling
After exiting the living room/kitchen through the doors on the opposite side of the room from the entrance you would walk into a long rectangular room. Red, thick padded flooring had been installed at the far end of the room which assisted in ensuring that there was a safe place where they could practice and train using some techniques. Speckled throughout the room were wooden cutouts that could be used for target practice. On the wall directly in front of the door, there were a few display cabinets that held various types of ninja tools. The walls were lined with decorative black and red patterned tapestries, and near the display cabinets, there was a small seating area for any who would want to observe, or just spend time there.
- Den and Junko’s Bedroom:
Room Size: 5m width x 15m length x 3m ceiling
Hidden behind the large tapestry at the end of the training room was a stone door that blended in with the seams of the stone wall supports they had put up. Pushing on the stone slab in the correct place would move the door open, leading to a long tunnel. Upon reaching the end of the tunnel you'd find two doors in front of you. Opening the one on the left would reveal a minimalistic bedroom with two bunk beds. One was pushed directly up against the left wall, and the other, roughly 10ft away was another identical bunk bed. Both had black satin sheets and pillowcases, with a red goose feather comforter. At the bottom of each bunk, there was a tall dark wooden wardrobe that was about the same width as the beds. Between the beds, on the opposing wall were two matching nightstands with a lamp on top. A retractable partition wall sat in between the two doors, making the one room become two.
Entering the door on the right leads into the same room, only blocked off by the partition wall. Looking to the right, against the farthest wall, was a very extravagant king-size bed. It had the same sheets, pillowcases, and comforter as the bunk beds but instead made of silk. To each side of it was a dark wood nightstand, each with some personal effects on top. Similar to the training room, red and black tapestries hung from the wall as decorations. On the opposite side of the room from the entrance, sat a long dresser, large enough for two people's clothes to fit in.
- Laboratory/Medical Room:
Room Size: 10m width x 6m length x 3m ceiling
Following the tunnel, you’d pass by two doors and then find yourself in front of a set of double doors. Pushing on the doors opened up into a very sterile-looking room. Unlike the other rooms, this had a glossy marble flooring, that seemed like it would be easier to clean in case of any "accidents." On the wall on the opposite side of the door, there were white cabinets with different medical supplies, alchemical ingredients, and an assortment of medical tools. To the left there was one large desk with a comfortable office chair at it and beside it a few counters with a sink connected. On the right side of the room, there were two comfortable medical beds. Each is equipped with locking wheels, to allow some mobility if needed. A soft black sheet and a plush matching pillow lay on top of each of the beds.
