Upon Guren concluding his notes, he'd close his journal up and store it back within his item pouch. The Commander would walk around the surgical tables, activating his Ketsuryugan to visually inspect both Noya and Kaito for any signs of abnormalities. Once he confirmed that both their chakra and blood flows throughout their bodies and organs of interest were healthy, he'd deactivate his Ketsuryugan and fold his arms across his chest.

"Alright," he'd said, breaking the silence of the room with his deep voice. "Both of your bodies seem to have accepted the transplants. Please, stand and open your eyes, then let me know how you feel."

He listened to the voice of Guren for a moment before taking in a deep breathe and opening his eyes. For a moment things were blurred but soon they had came into a perfect view, clarity above clarity. Taking a look around the small blurbs of blindness he had undergone through heavy use of the Tsukiyomi had almost vanished as he chuckled and scratched his head," So the age old tales were true indeed...There is a sudden clarity when gaining the sight of Eternity. I suppose I should thank you Kaito... for this gift. And a great thanks to you as well Guren for facilitating this," he would not stand just yet but he would continue to look around quite happily in fact.

At Guren's direction, Kaito would rise to his feet and open his eyes slowly.

His eyes were anything if only a bit sore, perhaps from being dried out, so he blinked a few times to rewater them properly. Once he finished and opened his eyes entierely, however, he was greeted with a world he thought he would never fully see again. Through the somewhat immense use of his Mangekyō Sharingan the world around him had slowly began to blur away into nothingness. This was something he had been warned about by both Uchiha, Zaled and Uchiha, Kiyoharu, but he hadn't expected this blindness to begin, or spread for that matter, so rapidly.

The view of the world granted by this 'eternal' Mangekyō Sharingan, however, was something beyond comprehension. Even before he had began starting to go blind things never appeared so picture clear. Hurriedly he sought out a mirror, which he would find upon one of the many countertops that lined the room. He took a breath before looking into it, being greeted with an all new design within his eyes.

Kaito turned his attention back to Guren and Noya. Noya was still sitting upon the table, clearly adjusting himself to his new eyes, and Guren was standing by idly. Kaito nodded, a large grin upon his face. Noya would thank the both of them before Kaito could speak again.

"My thanks to you as well, Master Noya, and you as well Lord Guren. This would not have been possible without the two of you." He paused for a moment, excitedly looking around the room with his newly obtained 'light'. "With this power we now share, we will continue to hold peace, prosperity, and order to our precocious village of Otogakure. Those who oppose us will know nothing but swift justice"

Eventually both Noya and Kaito would open their eyes and provide comments on their experience. Ironically, both shinobi were grateful and didn't seem to experience any pain. This was perfect, and a testament to Guren's practice and prowess in Iryojutsu. While Noya seemed to remain laying down, Kaito would stand up. The two Uchiha before him seemed to be adjusting to their newfound organs and the sight that came with them. Guren had heard of this specific surgery before from the Uchiha he worked with previously, but it had been the first time he performed it. Admittedly, he was a bit proud of himself, as he felt personally responsible for ushering in a wave of exponential power that both Noya and Kaito would welcome.

With Kaito standing, it was quite easy for the Chinoike to relish the sight of his work. Kaito's own Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan was bewildering, and a spectacle to behold. Funny enough he seemed to be surprised that the process was complete.

"No need to thank me. Just keep me updated on how you both adapt to these...Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. I study this sort of work, so any observations are crucial to my findings. Keep in mind that this power is new, so do not push yourselves too much. But as for now, I must take my leave."

Unless Noya or Kaito would stop him, Guren would depart from the room and make his way back to his home. The experience today was quite eye opening, and gave him things to reflect on. Particularly, for Zidane...
