Quarter Town, Tamai Apartment Complex @ 9:30pm…

Katsuragi was seen hunched over a booth, reading the recently acquired documents from the heist. Normally, Katsuragi would be on main street, bar hopping from one establishment to the next. However, what deterred him away from it all was… progress. Alot had changed since the last time he was here. Most of the private businesses owned by the locals were taken over, revamped by big name corporations. Most business were now preppy, too formal and high tier to attract the crowd he’d prefer. If only he was around back then to stop it all from happening. Perhaps… maybe, it wasn’t too late?

Katsuragi's attire consisted of a Yakuta black leather jacket, which underneath he wears a hanley blood red hoodie. His belt is black leather, designer's choice, with an overlapping LV emblem as a buckle. The pants he wears is a fresh pair of black stretch jeans with ankle zippers located on the lower inside section of the pants. His boots on his feet also being solid black of a leather material with an emblem labeled "EU", it's made of metal stitched to the tongue of the boots. His hair, still vivid, was a solid dark purple. His hair in contrast with his pale skin, however, his arms torso and hands bore a mural of mostly assorted prison tattoos; all black ink in color. He himself stood at a height of 6'2 feet with a thin frame. His tools and such were all assorted evenly along his attire, given no hint to their whereabouts yet allowed him easy access with a little bit of technique.

He finally puts away the documents, rising from his chair slowly. He once again needed to travel, far. The family he was interested in scoping out was very secretive. Outsiders were not welcome. He wasnt ready to tangle woth a bunch of mind control users all by himself, he needed an in. And that “in” happened to be located in a village, a haven for those with questionable pasts… not too up the way. However, there were more concerning matters at home that took priority.

3:00 am…@ Main st

The streets were bare, the nightlife was reduced along with the rest of the good things that made Tanzaku… Quarter Town. Outside of the newly opened upscaled Restaurant, a stand alone brick and morter, Katsuragi stood a 5 meters away from the glass door entrance with a red bandana wrapped around his lower face to conceil it. He saw the silhouette of the old business that once took place here. It was a bar, a dive bar full of diversity and welcoming madness. He takes in his new depression, figuring that yhr old owners got put away or bought out by “new money”.

Well, no more…

Katsuragi kneels down on one knee, sling the crow bar in his left hand on top of his left shoulder, his grip tensed with what he was about to do. He uses his right hand to dog into the earth, using his jotin grip to scoop out a half meter sized boulder of rock from the ground. With one toss, he slings the mass of earth towards the glass door, shattering it and destroying one of the beams on the first floor. The building still remained intact and upright. Following that, more chaos erupted. He smashed all the vases, tables, chairs, and practically anything he could break with his crow bar. The once upscale restaurant was now reduced to the appearance of a two tier crank house. Everthing was smashed in…

Now that Katsuragi was back, he’d make sure that any new development like this was never happen again. He saunters off, avoiding the local authorities.
