Backstory: Long ago, eons before the sage of the six paths, the infant ninja world was bombarded by a massive meteor. The resulting apocalypse reshaped the continents, changed the landscape and climate, and ushered the planet into a new age. The impact of this meteor is located within the swamps of the now haven country, where geologists have found fragments of the meteorite, and scientists have learned of its fantastic powers.

Trait 1: The first chakra-based attack that strikes the users whose power is more significant than 150 has its power reduced by 50. This can only happen once per topic. This can only occur once per topic and does not stack with other debuffs.

Trait 2: Boomerang: The user can call this weapon back to them, traveling at its current speed, and return it to their hand. The weapon must be within 30 meters of the user. This trait only works if the weapon doesn't connect with anything (object, ninja, or otherwise). It can be applied to weapons.  

Trait 3: It increases the durability of equipment by 50
