Sunagakure Chunin Exam: Raiden vs Kaito

Sunagakure Chunin Exam, Round 2:

Battle 1: Raiden Ametsuchi vs Kaito Inuzuka

For those spectating in the provided seats placed in a semi circle around the arena - which appears as a large circle, 100 meter radius from the center and stamped with a bronze seal of the Sunagakure ‘Impossible Triangle’ symbol. Surrounding the circle is a 10 meter trench of water being fed through several wall mounted spouts, the water trench meets at one end to form a 30 meter wide expanse of water. On the arena itself are several archways, pathways, statues, trees and shrubbery. All spectators are unseen by the participants and instead of arranged seating there is simply grey misty ‘nothing’.

This is all an illusion, for those spectating it is akin to watching a 3D movie - nothing is real so all spectators are free from danger of stray jutsu or flying debris.

Rules:

Go all out, and do not hold back. This is the simulation arena, so your character does not risk death. But you do risk failure.
A fight ends when one fighter is incapacitated, knocked unconscious, surrenders, is forced out of the ring, or dies in the simulation.
Fights will spawn in at the center of the ring, and are expected to perform the seal of confrontation out of respect to another. Following this, they must each retreat 25 meters opposite of each other and towards the inside boundaries of the trench. This places each fighter 50 meters apart, and once both are this far apart an audible *ding* will ring throughout the arena indicative of the start of the match.
To keep power scaling normalized, each fighter will be bound to the limitations of a D ranked character as described in the Dual Rank System
At the beginning of the first post from each fighter, they must post a stat page in a spoiler and decide on their jutsu as limited in the rule above. Once posted, they are unable to use any jutsu that they didn't register in their first post. The fighters may use any and all equipment that they have on their stat page. This includes consumables, but considering the nature of the Simulation Battle Arena, the items are not consumed in real life.
To maintain the flow of combat, each combatant is expected to post within 72 hours of the previous post. After this time window, combatants may request additional time yet depending on the situation, requests may be denied. If denied, or failure to request additional time after the 72 hour period is up, the opposing combatant may "hour" their opponent and assume that the combatant failed to perform an action.
If clarifications are required, please reach out to your fellow genin first about their post. Let's try to avoid calling in BM's and the sort on something like this.
Separate observation threads may be made, where spectators are a part of the crowd surrounding the arena. They may have no interaction with the combatants.

Having posted the announcements of which time slot each genin would be fighting, all would be expected to report to the Simulation Battle Arena at said time. The first of which, were Raiden Ametsuchi and Kaito Inuzuka. Although the first genin was new to Sunagakure's ranks, he had been one of a hardened background. And Kaito, was a proven shinobi amongst the rank of genin. It would be an interesting matchup, yet one that would tell a lot about each. Lilith herself, would be found waiting in Room 1 of the underground entrance to the Simulation Battle Arena, standing in the middle of the room. On each side of her were two black lounge chairs, each equipped with a headset that was tethered by cables connecting to a computer.

Once Raiden and Kaito entered, Lilith would provide the instructions. "Alright, please sit promptly in any of the four chairs in the room. Once you do so, equip the headset assigned to that chair and we will promptly begin. Please go all out and refrain from holding back. Your future as a Sunagakure Shinobi could be decided from this battle." From there, she would wait until both Genin were sitting in their respective chairs. Once they were, she'd walk over to the computer and press a few buttons and turn a few knobs. Lastly, she'd click "start" with the mouse and each fighter would be transported into the Virtual Arena. The monitor would display a number of camera angles, allowing Lilith to spectate the fight completely. She would document her notes and grading throughout the fight thoroughly.

[Four Days Before The Second Exam...]

A lot had happened to Inuzuka, Kaito in the days following the death of his parents.

To start things off, no sooner had he awoken the very next morning to collect the newspaper, he could see that the attack had made front-page news. Tsking, he would shred it into hundreds of pieces. Now the entire village knew of what had happened to him, and not only that, but he was sure that his friends would also find out.

That would be the last thing he wanted.

He had no need for them anymore. They were all just holding back his development, and each friendship led to the potential of something similar happening again in the future. All of what happened was a side-effect of his previous friendship with Arantima anyways, so he felt it best to cast aside any and all connections, other than those he held with the village's higher-ups. While he wouldn't aim to be friends with them, he would still show them the respect that they deserved.

That same day the boy would get started with the cleanup process of the home. He would replace the parts of the walls where the Fire-Release techniques and sword slashes had done a number on before replacing all of the household items that had been damaged. After that was done and the coroner released Akari and Haji's bodies back to Kaito, he would have them transported to the home where he had them buried just beyond the garden his mother took care of in the backyard.

He had also found Raidomaru; the puppy his father had gotten for him as a present for his birthday in a few months. Raidomaru, being able to talk like most of the family's other ninken that passed away, was able to talk like any human. He would share stories with Kaito about his training with Haji, and as that training was unfinished, Kaito thought it best to not allow Raidomaru out of the home until the dog was fully ready to fight alongside him. Raidomaru didn't much like the thought of this, considering what all had happened over the past few days, but he respected his master's decision and took it in stride.

Only a few days later would a courier deliver an official notice from the village's higher-ups. The notice would only contain the details regarding the location and time of the second round of the village's Chūnin Selection Exams. Once he had finished reading it, he would set it down upon the table and walk down to the basement of the home where his father kept a personal gym. He would get right down to work in readying himself, all the while thinking.

'Power... I need more power...'

[The Day Of The Second Exam...]

Kaito waltzed into Sunagakure's Simulation Battle Arena building looking like an entirely different person.

He looked much more intense and mean; there were deep bags underneath his eyes from the lack of sleep he had gotten over the past week and his face was contorted in such a way to resemble a permanent scowl. His clothing too had gotten a major overhaul. For starters, he had switched his headband to be one on a stretchy band of cloth rather than the one he would have to tie in the back like he typically wore. He also now wore it sideways, giving him an edgier look about him. Beyond this he switched out his beige jacket and long-sleeved fishnets for a much more revealing uniform; a revealing skin-tight short-sleeved fishnet shirt that would leave nothing to the imagination regarding his figure and muscle mass, dark grey pants cuffed a few inches above his ankles and directly above his black open-toed sandals, his mother's golden bracelet that his father had gotten her for their first anniversary, and his father's brown fur-lined coat with cutoff sleeves.

This was the new and improved Kaito, and he was ready for whoever it was he would be fighting against that day.

The receptionist would greet him kindly as he began to walk past.

"Good morning. You must be Inuzuka, Kaito, correct?" Kaito would not say a word, only nodding in reply. "I am terribly sorry to hear about what happened to your family. You will be in my prayers for sure. Besides that, I have been instructed to have you fill out this dossier with a list of the techniques that you will have access to during this match. As it is only the Chūnin Selection Exams and because there are many inexperienced ones at that, we will be limiting the number of techniques you can use; no S-Rank techniques, 5 A-Rank techniques, 10 B-Rank techniques, and only 15 techniques for each rank below that. Please make sure to pick those wisely."

Kaito shook his head from side to side and tsked. This would irritate him and he was not above putting it on display. How in the world would he be able to show off how strong he really was if there was such a limitation applied?

"Maybe the others should've spent more time dedicating themselves to their training." He muttered to himself.

"Did you say something, dearie?" The lady asked, thankfully not hearing Kaito's remark.

Not wanting to get tossed out of the exams before they even started, Kaito would only shake his head and fill out the form before handing it back over to the receptionist. Once he was done the lady would guide him towards a set of stairs that led down to the basement level. He would enter into Room 1 as directed and was greeted by Lilith Uzumaki; the proctor from the first exam. She was standing in the center of the room, and Kaito would bow respectfully.

"Good morning, Lady Lilith." He would say, trying his best to hide the bite in his tone. The door behind Kaito would then open again. Turning around to see who it was, it would be none other than Raiden. Kaito's eyes narrowed at the sight of the person whom he had previously considered a friend, and he held back any remarks that he had in his mind. Lilith would then direct the boys to take a seat in one of the four chairs and attach the headset connected to it. Kaito would without hesitation, ready now more than ever to get things over and done with, and he allowed his eyes to close to an all black screen.

[Battle Simulation Commencing...]

Kaito's eyes would open slowly to reveal an entirely different location. This was the famous Virtual Reality Battle Simulator, which he had seen previous battles occur in while in attendance at Arantima's old shop within the village. Normally he would allow himself to get overjoyed at this experience, but today Kaito was indifferent towards all of the glamour and hype. He had one purpose being here and one purpose only...

He was here to win...

Upon entering the arena, Kaito would begrudgingly form the Seal Of Confrontation before retreating 25 meters to the edge of the arena. He would quickly decide upon picking the far right corner, where the most highest number of pipers were stationed to allow him more access to natural water for his Water-Release techniques.

Now, he would await the alarm to chime the beginning of the match...

Raiden had gotten the memo about the second test of the chuunin exams, he would let out a sigh as he had not gotten to know how he scored in the first part now he had to do this part without knowing where he stood versus the others, this could be both a good and a Bad thing. He would have read on the memo about the simulation arena is where it would be held, and essentially a Avatar replica would be made , but with only a limited number of jutsu and it had to be Jutsu he actually knew.

Raiden would take the several days he had to think and carefully hand pick each Jutsu, till he was happy with his selections. At which time he would place the paper filled out with his headband, He needed to sleep now for the next day after all that toiling would be the Chuunin exams, during that time frame, Raiden had not read the paper, as he was not one for local gossip anyways.

Raiden would awaken the morning of the second set of Exams and would start off his morning like any other, a hearty breakfast, he was sure to need it today. he would than Clean up after his meal, standard Breakfast style, Bacon, Eggs, Homefries and toast. With a Apple for the road Raiden would walk out of his house and towards the Virtual Simulation Arena. Upon getting there, he would have walked in behind Kaito, He was about to say Hi when he over heard the receptionist.

Raiden kept to himself, and when he heard Kaito's Response about the others needing to obtain more power, essentially sounding upset at having his own power Suppressed, Raiden would grit his teeth a little bit, This kid was something else, and was not the same as he had first met him. Raiden would step up as Kaito walked away, and he would hand in his paper with his selections already made. He would than be ushered to room one. And Upon opening the door, Raiden would notice his opponent was already there...Kaito .

Raiden would let out a slight sigh. If there was anyone Kaito could have gone all out against it would have been Him, but they cannot alter the rules, it was set in place to even the playing field for all involved. Raiden would nod at Kaito silently as he would look upon Lillith Once more. This woman seemed to be at every step of Raiden's Progression of the Chuunin exams so far. Once Instructed to take a chair he would take the one exactly opposite of Kaito.

Raiden was starting to slip into the Virtual Reality when a voice tugged at him, It was Eros. And the Demon had poor timing, but the Demon had also over heard the kid Kaito, since he could hear and see what Raiden did. And he was turning his favor in right than. When Raiden would try to protest, Eros simply stated that Raiden would let his past cloud his judgement, and until he could get over killing the Uchiha boy in the leaf village, rather things were safe or not, Raiden would still hold back, and this was not a time for that.

Begrudgingly Raiden had to agree, Eros knew him better than anyone else, and likely better than he knew himself. If That was the case than he would allow Eros the reigns in this virtual fight.

Upon Loading into the center of the arena Directly across from the child Kaito, The visage that appeared before Kaito would seem similar to that of Raiden, with a few exceptions, One glaring difference was the Demons Black hair. And he spawned into this world wearing the Kisatsutai Armor, With the Katana at his hip on his left side, so that his right dominate hand could draw upon the blade. Within the Kisatsutai Armor was seals that hid various extra weapons and items, such as four smoke bombs each separate, and twenty Kunai, in four separate batches of five, Same with his Shuriken. Inside of his weapon pouches , one on each leg for convince was even split the rest of his inventory of weapons. Two Kunai in each with Paper bombs attached to them, and two shuriken each.

The second more noticeable thing about Eros being in control was the demeanor about him. He smirked out of one side of his mouth as he tilted his head back slightly, the arrogance exuding off of him . He would form the seal of confrontation along with Kaito, and would take off the same time Kaito would. Heading in the exact opposite Direction of Kaito, While Kaito ran for the pipes, Eros had other plans. He would Run into the wood line till he had moved exactly twenty five meters, removing Kaito's Sight of where he was.

Now they had to wait for the bell to ding to symbolize that they could start their match officially. Eros had a plan in mind, he wondered just how quickly this fight would end, or if it would go on for quiet some time.

Upon entering the arena, Kaito would take note of Raiden's aura and the smirk that he had upon his face. He wouldn't allow the Ametsuchi to see it, but as he finished turning around to walk to his end of the arena, he too would smirk as he cracked his knuckles.

'He may actually make this interesting...'

Upon reaching the edge of the watery mote that surrounded the arena, Kaito would turn around. He could not see Raiden anywhere in his natural field of vision, so he concluded that the man had thought it best to hide somewhere in the brush of trees and bushes or one of the many archways opposite him. No matter, as the Inuzuka had his own plan for this combat.

No more than ten seconds later, a loud, audible dinging sound echoed throughout the field.

The battle was on...

With his [90] speed, Kaito would throw one of the regular smoke bombs from the item pouch located on the back of his left hip on the ground exactly 5 meters ahead of him. He would immediately and simultaneously thereafter form the one-handed variants of the "Tiger", "Boar", and "Snake" hand seals in his left hand for the C-Rank "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" technique [70 speed - 70 power] and the one-handed variants of the "Ram", "Monkey", and "Ox" hand seals for his B-Rank "Seal Of Suppression" technique [75 power]. Once he finished both set of seals, he could clap his hands together to complete the "Seal of Suppression".

Both the earthy dome and the suppression barrier from the seal would begin to form around himself, the thick dome expanding three meters into the sky and circling a 5-meter radius around him, thus encasing him within the dome itself. The seal's barrier too would begin to form directly at the center of his own body, allowing it to expand outwards to it's maximum 20-meters around him. Kaito would have to be careful now. While the seal was now in place, he had to make sure to no allow any techniques to reach beyond its confines that he didn't want to.

'I've gotta play this safe from now on...'

Very carefully, yet immediately after the seal had reached its maximum range and still with his full [90] speed, Kaito would follow this up with the one-handed variants of the "Ram" -> "Tiger" -> "Boar" -> "Snake" -> and "Monkey" hand seals in his left hand for his B-Rank "Hiding Like A Mole" technique [75 speed - 75 power] and the one-handed variants of the "Tiger" -> "Horse" -> "Ram" -> and "Clone Seal" hand seals for his B-Rank "Shadow Clone Jutsu" technique.

Kaito's plan was coming to fruition quite well.

Not only was he able to hide himself away physically thanks to the two Earth-Release techniques he was using, but should Raiden also have any Dōjutsu that would allow him to sense Chakra, like the Sharingan for example, it would become null and void thanks to his "Seal Of Suppression". He would not allow his guard to go down, however, as at any given moment, Raiden could in fact spring up out of nowhere and turn the tides against him.

Two exact clones of himself would appear instantaneously after he finished the signs for his "Shadow Clone Jutsu"; one within the confines of the "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" and the other 1 meter in front of the shelter, placing it directly behind the smoke bomb's thick black cloud of smoke and 1.5 meters away from the inside edge of the 'Seal Of Suppression". They would know exactly what their goals were, but Kaito couldn't help but not trust them fully.

One could never fully trust anyone other than themselves. Not even if that other being was an exact clone of themselves...

'They better not prove to be a waste of my Chakra…' Kaito thought to himself as the entirety of his body became submerged into the ground.

Upon becoming fully submerged, the real Kaito would traverse through the earth at a decent [75] speed. He would move down only 5 meters below the surface and 2.5 meters forward from there, placing him directly at the inside lower corner of the "Seal Of Suppression". It would be at this position that he would wait for Raiden to make a move. All angles would be covered; should Raiden attack the clone outside of the "Earth-Style" Rock Shelter", the clone would disappear and reveal the man's location. Should he break into the threshold of the "Seal Of Suppression", Kaito would know that Raiden was right on top of him, and should Raiden mistake the second clone inside of the "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" for the real Kaito, it would give the real Kaito a chance to counterattack.

'Come and find me, Raiden...' He thought, smirking to himself all the while.

[Clone 1's Perspective]

The first of Kaito's two clones sprung to life within the real Kaito's "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" technique. It knew his goal; keep an eye on the battlefield from the small rectangular 2 in. x 5 in. peephole that had been formed into the dome during its formation. That would be exactly what it would do; keep a sharp eye on things.

It would wait a few seconds before doing so, however, first making a point to look its caster in the eye as they submerged themselves below the surface of the earth. The clone would give the real Kaito a simple nod before positioning itself directly against the wall of the dome and pressing its eyes to the peephole.

All of what it could see at first would be the back of the second clone and the thick black smoke that was created by the real Kaito's smoke bomb, but that would change any second now...

[Clone 2's Perspective]

The second of Kaito's two clones sprung to life outside of the real Kaito's "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" technique, but still barely within the confines of the "Seal Of Suppression" that had been placed.

It's task was simple; distract Raiden and get a general idea of the man's location while the other two Kaito's lay in wait. Smacking a tightly closed right fist into his open left palm, it would smirk menacingly; baring it's abnormally sharp canines.

'Let's do this thing!'

The clone would draw his Chakra-Bonded Katana from the sheath upon it's right hip and began to run at it's full top [90] speed directly forward towards the dense thicket of trees beyond, closing its eyes tightly as it ran through the dark cloud of smoke directly in front of it and opening them back up as soon as it shot out the other side.

"Raiden! Come out and play!"

Eros had made it to the wood line and hid right behind a tree that kept him hidden perfectly from the Sight of Kaito, who at that moment turned around to see that Eros, wearing the visage of Raiden, had disappeared. Shortly after that very moment the ding happened, and the moment it did, Eros gave it just a second and then came out from Cover, at that very moment there was smoke between him and Kaito, that very moment several things happened at once as fast as Eros could move. With a single hand he made the hand signs as his other hand had grabbed one of the kunai from his weapons pouch, and he would throw it straight at the smoke bombs direction, while all that happened, the eyes of Raiden, even if controlled by Eros, would Emanate a deep red, the Kunai that had been thrown infused with some of his lightning.

With the Kunai moving at a speed of one hundred and twenty, it would hit Kaito's earth dome with an impact force of eighty, with the lightning infusion it was as if it struck with a force of a hundred and five, and unless Kaito moved likely would strike him, and after dealing that initial damage of eighty the equipped tag would immediately go off hitting Kaito for another fifty. At the same time that Eros was letting go of the Kunai he had bent his knees slightly and dropped his right shoulder, his right hand went to his sword and in a burst Eros took off towards Kaito. Just off to Kaitos right was the mark Eros was aiming for, just outside of the earthen dome. The Explosion would only happen a meter out from the point it impacted Kaito, meaning that With Eros dodging the line that the kunai flew, he would also miss the explosion.

If Kaito was still within the dome, Eros had swung his sword cutting through the Dome, On the inside of the dome where the sword sliced through the air would break, sending shards flying into the dome, likely shredding any evidence of the human that Kaito once was, hitting with a power of one hundred and twenty, the speed of the shards being that of a hundred. With the sword still in his right hand, the moment Eros had stopped he used his left hand forming two hand seals, and red spiked balls start to pop up around the dome. None within a meter of either person, but just outside of the meter range. This was insurance in case the man had tried something smart.

If everything had went off without a hitch, Eros would look to see if the man was still alive or if there was anything left of him. While Eros knew that this was simply just a simulation, and that he could go all out, he felt a certain urge to put this on in his place, for the things he had overheard. If something happened that made him alter anything at any point he would react accordingly.

Almost immediately after the "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" was created, and not even a second after the two Shadow Clones were created, the shelter would be pierced by a lightning-infused kunai. It would pierce through both of the clones, making them disperse immediately as Kaito fully submerged underground.

'Damn!' He thought as the two clone's memories and remaining [760 AP] Chakra flooded back into him. While the clones themselves had only been alive for a mere moment, their memories shared a fair bit of information regarding the battle. Kaito was accurately able to perpetrate the general direction of Raiden thanks to his assault.

'I guess it wasn't so worthless afterall.'

Knowing that Raiden would be coming for him directly now, Kaito would tap into his "Chakra Sensory" abilities, allowing him to actively and accurately sense Chakra within a 20-meter radius. He would also allow himself to tap into the psuedo-sensory abilities of his "Hiding Like A Mole" technique, which allowed him to get a general idea of what would be going on on the surface within the same 20-meter radius around himself.

Immediately, he could sense a familiar Chakra signature entering his sensory range, and it was moving way too quickly for comfort.

'Raiden...'

The man's Chakra signature came and went in a flash, meaning that Raiden was now within the 20-meter "Seal Of Suppression" barrier. Kaito could feel through the physical vibrations that either Raiden standing directly next to where the "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" had been. He could also feel through the vibrations on the surface that his "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" had been destroyed all together from the damage it had received; crumbling into nothing but a pile of dirt. No matter, as it has served its purpose of blocking any potential sight of his escape underground.

Opening his eyes, Kaito had an idea. It would potentially put him at risk, but he had to give it a try anyways.

'I can only pray that this works...'

With his [90] speed, and at the same time as he opened his eyes again, Kaito would form the one-handed variants of the "Boar" -> "Tiger" -> "Ram" -> "Rat" and "Snake" hand seals in his left hand for the A-Rank "Wind-Style: Overwhelming Pressence" technique [85 speed - 85 power] and the one-handed variants of the "Tiger" -> "Boar" -> "Dog" and "Rat" hand seals in his right hand for the B-Rank "Ninjutsu Amplifier" technique. Kaito would make sure to finish the hand seals for his "Ninjutsu Amplifier" second so that he could enhance his next technique.

Immediately upon the first set of handseals forming, a 15 meter by 15 meter cube of compressed artificial air would form around his body, expanding outwards from outside of his body. As Kaito was still only at most 7-meters from his starting position at the beginning of the battle, and with him still being within the confines of the "Seal Of Suppression", the formation of the technique inside of the barrier and the fact that it was expanding outwards enough to engulf Raiden within it, would go by unnoticed. The Ametsuchi would be in for a surprise as well, as the technique would specifically target his CHAKRA and SPEED stats [The debuff effect of this technique will reduce 50 each from those 2 stats].

'Good. Now I can do this...'

As the "Wind-Style: Overwhelming Pressence" began to expand outwards, he would immediately form the Boar -> Tiger -> Ox -> Dragon -> Monkey -> and Bird handseals for his "Swamp Of The Underworld" technique [105 speed - 105 power]. Directly after finishing the hand seals for his "Swamp Of The Underworld" technique, and for added measure, Kaito would also form three llast sets of seals; the one-handed variants of the "Snake" -> "Tiger" -> "Horse" -> "Monkey" and "Dragon" hand seals in his left hand for the B-Rank "Earth-Style: Multiple Earth Walls" technique [75 speed - 75 health], the one-handed variants of the "Snake" -> "Tiger" -> "Horse" -> "Monkey" and "Dragon" hand seals in his right hand for the C-Rank "Earth-Style:Earth Wall" technique [70 speed - 70 health], and the "Whistle Trigger" variants of the "Ram" -> "Rat" -> "Tiger" -> "Snake" and "Bird" hand seals for his "Imitation Black Hole" technique [80 speed - 80 power].

At the same exact time that the "Wind-Style: Overwhelming Pressence" would begin to expand outwards, the muddy swamp created by his "Swamp Of The Underworld" technique would begin to form on the surface of the ground 3 meters in front of Raiden, right underneath the rubble of Kaito's destroyed "Earth-Style: Rock Shelter" technique. It was unbeknownst to Kaito if the man would be looking directly at the swamp or not, but either way it wouldn't matter. Thanks to the debuff field being in place, and thanks to the technique forming with its tremendous [105] speed, it would surely be able to entrap the man. Kaito would begin to swim upwards through the earth from his current positon at half of his normal speed, making it a measly [40] speed, but immediately upon reaching the surface of the earth he would stand upon the mud generated from his "Swamp Of The Underworld" technique with his "Water/Surface Walking Technique".

Directly after the formation of the swamp and the completion of Kaito's last three sets of hand seals, four Earth Walls would expand upwards from the ground; the eastern, southern, and western walls being from his B-Rank "Earth-Style: Multiple Earth Walls" technique and the northern wall being from his C-Rank "Earth-Style: Earth Wall" technique. All four of the walls would be connected at their corners and would rise from the ground to entrap Raiden at the center of their 5-meter lengths and 5-meter height. At the same time that this was all happening, Kaito's "Imitation Black Hole" would form directly at the top of the 10-meter Earth Wall cage and two meters towards the western wall. The black hole would immediately begin to snare everything within it's pull with it's [80] speed and [80] power, and that would include Raiden. Also, no later than now, the swamp should reach it's maximum 17-meter radius.

Kaito could only smirk at the destructive scenario he had created.

With everything set in motion, and should everything have gone to plan, Raiden would have nowhere to go and no chance in hell of surviving this battle...

Raiden had barely noticed that Kaito's Chakra Signature Disappeared for just a brief second, Until he had entered the seal of suppression's area. At which time Raiden could feel the signature of Kaito below him. He would decide in that split second instead of stopping at the earth dome, to stop right on top of Kaito since he did feel the chakra signature below his feet, and the moment he stopped, he would whip out his blade which would instantly cause the winds around him to whip up and Raiden, or rather Eros the demon in control of Raiden, would swing downwards to the ground, a Dragon shaped out of the wind would form clashing into the ground, at a power of one hundred and five. Simultaneously when he swung his sword to activate his Sky shredding dragon technique, one hundred blades appeared in the path of the swing of the sword.

The Dragon would tear through the cube of air, and since Kaito was only five meters below the surface of the earth, It would likely crash right into him, and if he did nothing, drive him another fifteen meters down as the dragon of fifteen meters in radius would continue its full twenty Meter Descent into the ground. If the Dragon did collide and push the man to the depths, the moment the dragon would disperse the blades created by Eros earlier will than fire down into the hole, with a power of a hundred and five themselves. the one hundred blades would likely shred the man at the bottom of the hole.

At the same time that Raiden had stopped above the location he could feel Kaito's presence, since he had ran right over it with bull rush, he one hand seals two hand seals, and Red spiked orbs appeared all within a ten meter radius of Eros's location. And While Raiden would fall though the air down the hole as it was made. He would be right on top of Kaito. the blades of the rapid blade thrust would of course set their mark to be without harming Raiden . When Raiden came down On top of Kaito, he drove his sword down through the unarmored man Piercing his heart if the could not stop the attack.

Raiden however would keep on his toes and ready to react to anything he may need to. hopefully this would put an end to the swamp of the underworld technique before it would reach them. if not Raiden would respond to it if he still needed to. Let alone respond to Kaito's moves if there were any to be made. Luckily Raiden had never moved anything than his fastest he could this entire fight thus far.

As Kaito finished the hand seals for his "Imitation Black Hole" technique, the ground above him began to rumble and tremor immensely. He attempted to feel outwards with his sensory abilities but was instantly slammed by a huge gust of air in the form of a dragon. It hurdled him deep underground another ten meters deep and opened the ground around him, knocking him out of his "Hiding Like A Mole" technique.

"Gah!" He winced as he felt the impact and the damage overcome him.

None of that mattered though. He was still in this fight and intended to do his best to win.

Once Raiden's B-Rank "Sky Shredding Dragon" reached its maximum range, Kaito could see the boy's follow-up attack directly behind it. With only a split second to react, Kaito would form the "Ram" hand seal for the "Body Flicker Technique" [210 speed]. Kaito would easily avoid the swords as they dug themselves to their hilts in the ground.

Trying to think of the next plan of action, which would either be in regards to his "Imitation Black Hole" or "Swamp Of The Underworld" techniques, Kaito could not think up a way to escape the literal hole that he was in. No matter what he would try, he would instantly be shot down by Raiden.

'I'm stuck... Nowhere to go...'

While in theory, Kaito could still keep on with the battle, but what good would it do? He had used up all of the techniques that he could potentially use in order to dodge anything further. Even if he stayed in this hole, his "Swamp Of The Underworld" technique would potentially drown him as well.

"I've failed you, Fater... Mother..." A single tear would slip down Kaito's face as he held up his arms directly into the sky, looking up at Raiden and calling off his four active techniques as he did so. The black hole and all four of the Earth Walls would disperse into nothingness and the swamp would stop where it stood, just a few feet from the hole opened by the "Sky Shredding Dragon".

"I give up, Raiden." He would say begrudgingly, not even trying to hide the sharpness of his tone. It wouldn't be out of distaste for his opponent, but rather distaste at himself. "A shinobi must know when enough is enough. You clearly have me back into a corner here, and I have nothing left at my disposal to get me out of his mess." Kaito would slowly inch closer, and should Raiden accept the Inuzuka's defeat, then Kaito would jump out of the hole to stand one foot to the man's right. With his dominant right hand, he would offer the "Seal Of Reconciliation". As he did this, he would look away to his left.

Should Raiden accept Kaito's offer of the "Seal Of Reconciliation", upon locking it with Kaito's hand, the man would be greeted with flashes of the night that the Inuzuka's parents passed away; a scene of Kaito running away from their training session before going to the hospital; and the small beside conversation that Kaito had with his father, Haji, as the man had his last dying breath. Once the images flashed away, Kaito would look Raiden directly in the eye.

"Do not take my surrender as a lack of strength, and know that someday I will find the ones who killed my parents. Until that day, I wish you luck." Should everything go according to plan, the simulation would then come to an end and Kaito would awake back in the Battle Simulation Room...

When the dragon Struck Kaito, Raiden had been within the dragon due to the ground under Raiden being eaten away at by the dragon, Making it so the moment the Dragon hit Kaito, He would not have a chance to body flicker, cause Raiden had him pinned into the ground. The Follow up attack would solidify the ending, cause with one hundred blades, It would black out the sky as it covered every spot that would essentially be without Raiden getting harmed. So sadly, Kaito had no chance to offer his retreat.

However, since Raiden had struck Kaito, and he could see the look in his eyes, Kaito knew he was trapped, it could be seen in his eyes , he already accepted defeat, Using his ability to control the blades one last time, Raiden snatched Control away from Eros and directed the blades to land around them, giving them only a five meter circle, Raiden would remove the blade from Kaito's chest and Help him up, Even if this was just a simulation world, he would still have a few moments before his heart bled him out after being punctured like that. Raiden would offer the seal of Reconciliation to Kaito and with words spoke for the first time since entering into this virtual world " Whenever you're ready, Come talk to me" If Kaito did not have enough time to take the seal.

When the Simulation ended and Raiden took the equipment off he would walk over to Kaito if he did not leave right away and offer the seal again. This time with it being in real life, it would hold more meaning, at least to Raiden. He did hope that Kaito would take it, and maybe he would still get to see the glimpse of the events that happened. If so, Than Kaito would get to have a glimpse into Raiden's past, seeing a Training session where a boy was showing off dangerous techniques that the others could not even use yet. The perspective being up in a tree, and than an unnoticed approach, with the boy in question with dangerous jutsu suddenly being knocked upwards. And with a technique of his own, launched up and seemingly teleports behind the boy in the air and a punch delievered to the boy, than the sound and feel of Bones crunching under the force of the punch. The feeling that welled in the gut that came with the feeling.

When the boy hit the ground, and the perspective being right above him, hearing the dying breath get released from the body, a wet feeling on their face, and looking up to see two unexperienced shinobi attack, One dropping the other who charged with a kunai that was meant for the perspective. The Memory Fades with the two youngest picking up the one with the kunai who shouted vengence for his lost friend, with a sudden weight on the shoulder as the perspective ran the opposite direction.

When they came out of the seal, Raiden knew what the boy had just gleamed, at which Raiden would note "Lord Kage knows of the events in the village of leaves, no one else alive knows of those actions, so if you could , ya know keep it to yourself for now, I have had years to think the events over, and im still not over them, I was chased away over an accident" And with those action, Raiden would look over at Lillith and asked her what were they to do next.

Raiden took Kaito's offer of the Seal of Reconciliation, and it was with interaction that he shared via his Ninshu abilities the memories of his father's last moments and also the after effects from his parent's deaths; the pain, the anger, the sorrow. The man seemed to take pity on the Inuzuka and offered for Kaito to come and see him once the boy was ready. Kaito nodded, and after his last statement about Raiden not taking his surrender as a lack of strength, he closed his eyes.

Internally, Kaito was a mix of emotion. He was frustrated with himself for having backed himself into a corner during the match. He was upset that he felt like all of the training he had done up until this point was for naught.

He knew what he needed to do...

He needed power now more than ever...

'I've got to go speak with Lord Kazekage...'

Upon awaking back in the Simulation Battle Arena building, he would remove his headset before setting it down gently on the table next to his chair. There he could see the real Raiden walking up to him and yet again offering up the Seal of Reconciliation. Feeling a bit embarrassed for his thoughts from before the match, with the Inuzuka having it all thrown up in his face, Kaito looked to his left and reciprocated the seal, locking his middle and pointer fingers of his right hand with Raiden's.

Instead of Kaito sharing memories this time around, however, the Inuzuka was now greeted was a new, unfamiliar vision. It seemed as though he was now looking through the eyes of someone perched in a tree. The perspective quickly went upwards into the air, being hit by an unknown force before being sent hurdling towards the ground as the sensation of crunching bones separating from each other. Upon hitting the ground, two other people walked into the field of vision and vowed vengeance before the memory faded back into nothingness.

'What was that?' He asked himself, as he came back to his senses. Raiden would then say to Kaito that the only other person who knew of those events was the Lord Kazekage himself and he asked Kaito to keep them a secret for the meantime. Kaito nodded with acknowledgment before turning to face Lillith to see what was to come of the two Genin next...
