• For every 1 hour (IC time) that passes in the training chambers, the user ages by 1 month. The effects can be seen progressing during the time within the chamber. The impacts these have on the body are generally beneficial in short bursts as it promotes positive muscle and organ growth, while simultaneously stimulating the brain. However, if too much time is spent consecutively within this chamber, then the people inside can be subject to accelerating the detrimental effects of aging on their body, nearing them to a natural death. It is for this reason that the chamber has a hard coded limit of only operating for three hours (IC time) continuously before shutting down. This translates to three months of aging effects. This process can only be used once every month (OOC), otherwise the participant within the chamber will be subject to severely adverse and debilitating effects. If an attempt is made to enter the chamber before the 1 month period is concluded, the participant will meet an untimely death upon exiting the chamber. This cannot be used for bypassing the OOC wait time on various things.. However this can be used to speed up the rate at which jutsu, skills, etc are learned individually, translating to a rate of 50% discount (can stack with max stat discount, not with learning from someone else). 
  

• Those who do topics in Level 1 gain the benefit of IC knowledge of pre-site history, up to date site history, Canon clans, public village knowledge, and Custom clans created as of when this update is purchased. To learn on a certain topic, the user must dedicate 500 words to that topic within this level of the library. This information is surface level, and generally covers things that are described on the Clan's application page
  
• Those who do topics in Level 2 gain IC knowledge of jutsu, abilities, etc. Note that this level of information is limited to Canon techniques. Additionally it is only as detailed as those who have populated its database. Thus through intense record keeping, its database expands to include information on jutsu, abilities, etc that have been acquired, used, maintained, by Sunagakure Shinobi since the beginning of New Sunagakure (start of V7).
