Noboru Kaito's first official command as the 11th Raikage was appointing Ichigo Sato as the man responsible for improving the Healthcare System of Kumogakure, starting with bringing order to the hospital and the ninja arts as well. And thus The Ichigo Sato's Institute of Medicine was born.

Kumogakure's Hospital:

The Ichigo Sato's Institute of Medicine is where one goes if they have an injury regardless of severity, need a transplant or simply want to purchase items used for medical purposes (potions, cream, pills,..). Villagers are free of charge but outsiders must pay for any of their requests. 

Staff:
- Administrator: Ichigo Sato
- Head Surgeon: Ichigo Sato
- Assistant Surgeon: Enyo Gushiken

The hospital has several floors and multiple rooms with a purpose for attending to more than one patient at a time. 

- 1st Floor: Lobby, Pharmacy and Library
- 2nd Floor: Emergency Room (10 rooms)
- 3rd Floor: Recovery (25 rooms)
- 4th Floor: Cardiac Care (15 rooms)
- 5th Floor: Intensive Care (10 rooms)
- 6th Floor: Palliative Care (10 rooms)
- 7th Floor: Burn & Poison Unit (15 rooms)
- 8th Floor: Rehabilitation
- 9th Floor: Lab & X-Rays
- 10th Floor: Offices and meeting rooms
- B1: Mortuary (25 spots)

Upon entering or being brought in patients receive a colored triage tag, each color describing the gravity of their injuries. 

- Black (Expectant): Pain medication only, until death
- Red (Immediate): Life-threatening injuries
- Yellow (Delayed): Non-life-threatening injuries
- Green (Minimal): Minor injuries

Additional services offered by The Ichigo Sato's Institute of Medicine:

- Transplants: Whenever Ichigo or an Ichigo-taught ninja performs a transplant, the recipient receives a 25% discount in case they fail their coin flip, only needing to spend 1500 words instead of the usual 2000 when trying to get the bloodline to surface for another chance at a coin flip.

- Pharmacy: Any item used for medical purposes (potions, cream, pills,..) that are bought in the hospital's pharmacy receives a 25% discount to their price in ryo.

- Library: People can use a 25% discount to learn any Medical technique of A-Rank and below.
