Kusari had gotten back to the village, and had just recovered in the hospital where he recived orders. He was to stay in the village from this point forward till such a time he could meet with the Raikage and report his reasoning for his absence. However he had to choose a Student before the Raikage returned. This made Kusari sigh, He was all for strengthening the next generation, but why did it have to be him? He felt his skills would be much better put to use honed and sharpened like the sword he is. The ability to defend the village like the shield he built himself to be. No instead he was reduced to being a teacher.

Kusari went to Thunderpeak and sent out letters to all available Genin, letting them all know that a Jounin of Kumogakure was looking for his apprentice, He was going to see who best fit his teaching style. While Kusari was willing to help cultivate new techniques and the like, he still would like the student to be some what similar to him path wise for their Jutsu and Elements. but the most important thing was how much they could get along. He needed to look over each willing applicant to measure them against himself.

Kusari waited at the Arena at Thunderpeak Academy for any of them to show.

Tiny blades of grass tickles the adolescent girls arm, as her body reposes under the blazing inferno. The radiant sun brimming with an intense light that illuminates most of the shadows, but not enough to eliminate the shades to keep others from suffering from the intense heat. The young genin views the distant shrunken sun, as if hoping for something to rise from the depths of her imagination, but the only thing present was its sun rays beaming down on the rough surface of kumogakure. How the young Hoshika's eyes haven't been strained from staring deep into the sun's core is yet to be discovered, but soon enough it'll eventually cause her eyes to feel an insurmountable pain.

"Hmm? The hell is this?" Just as she leapt off the ground, a letter announcing to all available genin to meet at Thunderpeak Academy slid under the brown almond eyes of a genin. "Some instructor is looking to train genin?" The girl scanned the letter, before tilting her head back to laugh in a mocking tone "Must've been real bored to send these out. I bet the poor fool couldn't reel in any students the normal way, so they had to use messenger birds like it's some state of emergency"

Considering the fact that Hoshika had nothing better to do, she thought that maybe she could swing by and see what the instructor is all about. "If I'm going to have some fun, I guess I should get some experience first." The young genin pondered in thought for a moment, before lifting her left foot off the grassy plains to stash the letter into her white sock. The path leading towards Thunderpeak Academy was a ways away from her initial resting spot.

Hoshika took a couple of detours here and there before arriving at the Arena. "So this the place huh?" She asks herself before pressing forward to meet whomever sent the letter. The young genin looks forward to seeing what the instructor can do. She also looks forward to what the instructor has in store for the young genin, as she's looking to learn a few tricks. Maybe develop a few of her own, but first she's required to understand how to master her ability to control chakra. Not only is learning chakra a fundamental force, but it can also help Hoshika open up a few paths on the long run. "Hey, is this the right place?" She announces with a curious look written across her face.
