Hustler on the roof

Among the noise and chatter of the citizens of the sand, Katsuragi is seen standing on top of a high rise. Katsuragi's attire consisted of a thin black jacket, which underneath he wore a solid white shirt. His pants were a pair of black jeans. His boots also being solid black with an emblem labeled "EU", it's made of metal stitched to the tongue of the boots. His hair, still vivid, was a solid dark purple. His tools and such were all assorted evenly along his attire, given no hint to their whereabouts. Even above it all, over 20 stories high he can still hear it all. The metropolitain jewel of the sea of sand. The stories did it justice, the village was peaking. It was truly a place were dreams were made of. Amazing how this village was once a barren wasteland home to gangs and thugs. He had heard as much when he was in prison. Avoid it, nothing bit trouble. But as the years passed by, the tune changed. Who was behind this advancement? Who? Katsuragi sat back down on the roof. He didn’t know much about the village, he didnt he know who the kage was. None of that was of any importance to him when he first arrived. All he remembered was him passing through the gates, feeling a sense pf entrapment as the gates closed behind him. But that all went away when he saw the glory, the activity, and the many potentials the village had to offer.

It all seemed common to him, no highrises or luxury suites on this side of the villahe, the southside. Guess all villages had their slummy areas, regardless of their economy. He walks with both hands stuffed into his pockets. What to do he wondered. The teashop wasnt actualy busy, so he cleared it with out delay. “Hehe...”, a slight chuckle escapes his mouth only for him to realise a couple seconds later. He never would have imagined to be ties down to a couple of teashop owners... bussing tables. Things never did seem to go according to plan, which was also how he ended up in prison. He looks back to the sun setting, it was getting late. Time for him to get back to the shop.
