Shinoskay stood in an Iron Horse Tae Kwon Do stance with his eyes closed, legs arched and spread halfway, and his fists held tightly close to his waist with the fingers of his balled up hands facing the sky.

Their was a lot to contemplate, a lot to reflect on, and a lot more he still needed to learn and so here he was making sure to do all of the above.
