An Origin Blurred [p/solo]

Yashin walked with a handful of books he borrowed from his foster parents. Each book had a different color, age, and thickness to them. One book spoke of the mysterious art of fuinjutsu and the basics to it while the next two talked about some sort of shortcut to learning a bunch of jutsu and becoming a great ninja. Finding a spot on the training grounds and cracking open the book about fuinjutsu, he began to feel it: the rare feeling of a memory slamming against him.

He was in some kind of house he felt he had known his whole life. Some distant voice he couldn't make out was trying to tell him, but all he could shudder over was what was wrapped around his arms so tightly. They were large, metallic chains with sharp points, but, on an even more peculiar note, he felt as if he was feeling them as a part of him. As a flurry of questions hit him and his fearful curiosity peaked, the memory drowned back into the recesses of his memory banks.

Yashin was stunned to say the least. The cold sweats, the shivers, and same old tremors came over him just like every time he remembered something from the period of his mind he called "the abyss" for lack of a word to even begin to describe it. Snapping out of it and wiping himself off with his towel, he looked around and caused a few others to quickly spin their heads away from him. The boy, coming out of his shock, began to look at his arms and realized that he was going to chase whatever this was. Almost naturally, his chakra materialized into the same chains he saw before and felt as if he had been doing this all his life. Yashin stood in shock with his head locked onto the foreign chains protruding from his arms before he muttered under his breath, "Whatt...? What the hell am I?" The academy student then continued to go back to his book as if his life depended on it and saw the seals all over the pages. More memories came in flashes of someones who face and voice he couldn't make out showing him these. A deep, throbbing headache came over him before he tapped his arm and put the mark seal upon himself like second nature. Somewhere in the abyss, he had learned this already and that is what caused his toes to curl.

After more reading, he pulled out a piece of paper and got up to pick up a medium sized stone to place upon the piece of paper.
The generic sealing technique is a basic fuinjutsu technique all Chuunin or higher acquire. It is simply sealing an object into a scroll, but, for my purposes, I will just put it in this piece of scratch paper.
Yashin thought this to himself before placing both hands over the rock and concentrating deeply. Even after giving it it all, the rock still laid on top of the paper. He then rolled his eyes in frustration and grabbed out a scroll he was saving for things other than training.
Guess this stubborn rock won't settle for a puny piece of paper. What a shame.
Placing both hands and his stone on top of the scoll, he focused hard and felt some kind of deeper link with the scroll he couldn't feel with the paper. Soon the scroll has a fuinjutsu seal and the rock was nowhere in sight.
Mission complete.
Yashin, on a roll at this point, flipped over to his other book to a very basic medical ninjutsu technique. The boy then pulled out a kunai and slid it across his wrist with another thought crossing his head. Rich red streams trickled down his pale skin in beautiful contrast as he continued on as if nothing happened. It seemed pragmatic to heal a wound to practice medical ninjutsu to him, so why not just cut his wrist? Not surprisingly, he underestimated his ability after easily doing the fuinjutsu techniques and wasn't able to learn this medical jutsu as fast as he would have liked. He made the three hand seals easily and knew how to manage his chakra as well as a rookie could know, but yet he was still completely unaware of how to preform medical ninjutsu. Apparently, his hands were supposed to glow and he was supposed to be able to mend small wounds as the manual said. His hands didn't even seem to glow or make the pain any lesser. Yashin took this merely as a challenge and then pulled out his large water bottle, his boxed lunch, and every ounce of determination he could find. This was his way of saying to himself: "whatever it takes is fine by me." Hell, it isn't like he had anything better to do. Yashin was just a creepy amnesiac who could now make chains appear from his body and god knows that nobody will jump to his friendship.

Lying on his side from many failed attempts is where Yashin ended up within thirty minutes of his first attempt. His wound already seemed to have scabbed over and the blood wasn't even fresh anymore; some hell of a medical ninja he was. Yet, as usual Yashin was going to give himself a life even it meant getting his arm infected or getting AID's from god knows who trains here. At this point it seemed like corny garbage he stuffed down his throat to try to forget that he was already struggling through entry level jutsu; still he was stubborn as the stone he sealed away was and wouldn't give up quite yet. He weaved the three hand signs then placed his hands upon his wound with a grunt. When he had opened his clenched shut eyes, he saw the glow of his hands and felt himself meld the wound shut to a point of it looking like it never happened. At this, Yashin cheered before feeling satisfied with his training session and his growth as a ninja. There may have been a lot to learn, but this boy was more than ready.
