What it does: The target completely robbed of their mobility as they see the mirage of a fast-growing tree coiling itself around them. Once the target is immobile, the user can then attack the enemy. The user remains in his cloaked, "disappeared" state for the first post of the jutsu.

During the first post the victim starts to feel the effects of being bound, their speed stats is reduced by half. By the second post the victim is immobilized and cannot move for the duration of the jutsu.

its effects can be reversed at the user with the power of Sharingan.

Forgot to add that part there in....but i dont know if that should be allowed or what...Ill have to ask another mod about that...
