I long to touch the light

Kumo was quite the sky bright by the light of day, Leonardo was standing under a gazebo in the shade. He removed the cloak from his body and tossed it to the ground, his body wanted no to try but his mind said go. He raised him arms like he was telling the gods he wanted to ascend, he then began to walk forward into the light. Steam rolled from his body his skin was burning his insides boiling, the pain was incredible but he allowed it to continue to relieve himself of this world. Within two minutes the body collapsed to the ground his body looked as though it had been charred on an open fire but it was merely the light of the sun he always wondered how it would feel to ascend.
