D-ranked Mission: Helping the academy

It was early in the morning a few days after his genin exam yet still Hirako had to wake up one more time to go to the academy. Luckily, this time, it was not to be taught any odd lessons. No, instead it was to help teach a few aspiring shinobi what being a genin was all about. Hirako himself remembered when he had had guests in the academy-they were always the best, because it mean that he would not have to do all that much, so Hirako hoped to bring that same joy to the academy students on this day as well. So, getting dressed he put on his usual shady attire and went out to the academy.

Knowing the way by heart he hummed a happy tune to himself as it had been a long while since he was this happy. Being a genin was a breeze. He had yet to be assigned to an official team, but he figured that it would come in time. Arriving at the academy Hirako was quickly ushered to the from of the class to demonstrate the three academy jutsu-it was like his genin test all over again. Supposedly it would help the young academy students see a younger person preform the jutsu to show them it was possible-an odd reason, but Hirako did not mind as he was getting paid. Hirako quickly introduced himself and then began his demonstration.

It lasted all of half an hour, but Hirako still felt accomplished at the end. He had shown them all the academy based jutsu and he even gave them a quick 101 on how to throw shuriken and kunai knives. Hopefully the kids took it to heart and learned something or at the very least enjoyed the break from the doldrums of academy life. Bowing to the class Hirako went on his way. It was a nice way to spend his morning. Though he did not really envy the academy teachers they probably had it pretty tough teacher a bunch of kids all day-Hirako resolved not to ever become an academy teacher. Instead he would be grudgingly content with being a shinboi-it would make his parents happy and that was all that really mattered. Remembering his parents Hirako double timed it back home as he was supposed to help in the flower store today and he was already a bit late, which was never good.
