Echo's promotion.[Private]

Echo hears his words and with not even a seconds hesitation he states "Sure, just give me a ring when were leaving." He states before stretching and with a couple of steps back he begins speaking again "Anywho, I got places to be, people to see and asses to kick!" He states before laughing rather boisterously his free hand raising and pulling his goggles down over his eyes "Echo's out!!!" He shouts before activating his wind gods blessing and blasting through the door at top speed a gust of wind and the music box disappearing as the Wind God storms from the building a resounding "WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" And the music being the signal as he roars across the sky of Konohagakure no sato.

Navi smiles as they man leaves, finishing off his orange soda with a final swig. The Kage Summit was coming up very soon, and it seemed that quite a few interesting characters would be attending. Only a few final preparations had to be made. The Hokage stands up and walks out of his office.
