Fanning the flames. [P]

The space behind Viper's desk swirls, the Hokage returns home once more his form lightly thuds as his sandals impact the floor upon turning solid, he goes to his cabinet and pulls from it a scroll with the map of the nations on it, he sits upon his chair now and places the scroll on his desk unrolling it, he inspects it and views the location of each village planning out his actions, his eyes close softly behind that of the tinted lens, a soft ringing appears in the head of his most recent Anbu Ferret, should he focus on the sound which only last a few seconds he would accept the "call" from Viper through use of his Space-Time distress Signal, upon hearing it connect in his head Viper speaks on the mental level, "Ferret, come to my office I have a job for you."
Vipers words flow through the head of Navi as if being listened to directly, Viper waits for him to reach his office planning something out while he waits while looking at the scroll.

In under a minute Navi arrived in the Hokage office. He appeared on one knee, his Anbu cloak on and his mask covering his face. Navi noticed the map spread across his desk, and wondered what the job might be. "This is Ferret, awaiting orders Lord Hokage."

Navi was already geared up and ready to depart on the mission as soon as it was issued. He had all of his equipment and weapons ready, and had spent his free time developing new jutsu for any situation. Navi remained knelt in front of the desk, his head slightly bowed, waiting for Viper to speak.

When Navi enters the chambers he views Vipers form that has changed a great amount, he is taller, his body more developed, his face more matured, and his hair a considerable amount of length that spikes downwards reaching his mid back, "I have a special assignment for you Ferret, it is time to expand Konohagakure no Sato's territory, I want you to head to the village hidden in the tornadoes." Viper places his right index finger on the village marker on his scroll to show him, "Claim it in the name of Konohagakure no Sato and let no one stand in your way, understand?" Viper waits for his response, this is a heavy responsibility but he trusts him to handle it.

Taking an entire village without backup, that sounds insane. Navi kept his head bowed and emotions hidden behind the mask. I am the sword and shield of the Hokage, nothing can stand in my way of achieving his orders. Navi performed a handsign for a shunshin jutsu, pausing for just a moment in case Viper had any other orders or words to say. "It will be done Lord Hokage" Navi said with much more confidence then he felt. With that he disappeared out of the room, departing on his new mission.

Viper nods, the last thing Navi views before he fades, with this Viper goes back to his map, after going over it a bit he rolls the scroll back up and slides it within his shelves, he has picked his own target, mental message is sent to his brother telling him of his plan as his form slowly swirls away in to his realm as he proceeds to travel to the predesignated location.
