Zachariah sat at a small bar in the Island village. He would write out an attack order to Kurisu. He would simply watch the attack, not participate. "Kurisu, you are to take the Island village. Little death and little destruction should be required, I doubt there will be too much resistance." That is what was written into the letter as the little bird picked it up and flew it to the raikage.
