The various restaurants within the village today had something special going on in honoring the memory of the late queen, and that was where Ise and Toran had gotten involved. Their next mission was to retrieve ingredients for the numerous places responsible for making the peculiar baked goods for the special occasion. Ise stood next to Toran as they waited for the list of ingredients to be handed out to them. As they were waiting, Ise's younger cousin had asked him a question. "Sure! I wouldn't mind at all, especially if it's towards helping you out," Ise had grinned at his cousin. However, before Toran could get a word out involving the matter, the busboy had come around the corner, handing Toran the list of ingredients while telling giving them the exact amount they needed in detail. Toran had promptly let out a sigh, then proceed to hand Ise the list of ingredients. Ise's right eyebrow had begun to twitch and said, "Do I really have to get all of this by myself?" Ise asked, letting out a sigh of his own, conceding. "Alright, alright. I'll be back Toran," Ise had said while quickly forming the hand seals, performing the body flicker technique whilst disappearing in a puff of smoke. Ise had then reappeared right outside the kitchen door in the alleyway, glaring at the list of ingredients while making a 'Tsk' sound.

Luckily for Ise, all he had to do was meet the owner of the store, show him the list of ingredients he needed, bring them back, and presto - another mission complete. “At least I don’t have to sort out a hundred different boxes like Toran,” Isemori had grinned smugly, as he made his way to get the supplies he needed to get. After a good fifteen minutes had passed of him running down the street, the silver-haired Uchiha had made it to the store, with the owner awaiting his arrival. “Ah, just in time I see! We have all of the ingredients ready as requested. But … Are you sure you don’t need help carrying them back?” The store owner had questioned, seeing that Isemori was all by himself. With that, Ise grinned at the old timer and said, “Nah, I should be able to handle it!” Ise formed a set of hand seals, creating just enough shadow clones in order to carry all of the supplies back at once. The store owner simply stared in disbelief, when he saw duplicates of the young Uchiha, being at a loss for words. “Thank you for having the ingredients ready! We’ll be heading back now!” The real Ise as well as the shadow clones said simultaneously, making the owner not really sure which one was the real Ise.

After another good set of minutes of heading back, The real Ise had kicked open the door, swinging it wide open, due to the fact that his hand was full due to carrying the boxes of milk. “We’re back, and we also have all of the ingredients as well! The store owner made sure that the amount we needed for everything was correct before we even got there, so there wasn’t any trouble!” Ise had said with a grin. Despite, having to lug all of the ridiculous amounts of ingredients back, It went a lot smoother than what the Uchiha had originally anticipated.

It was with good luck that Toran was able to run around and get all of the cookies towards everyone else that they needed for this special day. He had never met the late queen of Hoshigakure. But he wondered if his father or mother ever met her. It was something that always gave him a light spark of curiosity to ask his parents about who this woman was and why exactly she was so loved in the first place. He meant no disrespect in his thoughts for the woman. But he was just confused on why exactly they could love her so much when not a lot of people would talk about her in the first place. In his mind it more so seemed that perhaps she wasn’t all that loved. Perhaps he could also just be thinking too much about this already, he needed to get his mind off of things if he had any hope of actually completing what he wanted to do for the rest of the day.

With that Toran set off back and forth from the bakery towards all of the other houses in record time with his own speed and abilities of travel and figuring out where one would find the most amount of people to gift cookies too. It was indeed busy work, but he had no say in the matter, plus he was giving out cookies to children. It was a dream to be able to help out others so much during this time at least. Perhaps he should be thinking more about how he was going to help with the rest of the missions. But the thoughts of helping all of these people with a simple treat made him feel warm inside. So once he was finally done and with Isemori it gave him this sense of relief of doing something for the good of the people. Something that was meant to show that shinobi could do good for their own people. It was a long day of getting cookies for so many people and he was tired, so when he met back up with Isemori he only gave a small sigh before giving his brother a small thumbs up.
