Meeting the Big Man(Kenshin)

At long last he had been allowed into the village. Tucking the ID badge into his jacket he began his inquiry to find the man known as Kenshin. From what he had "heard" the man was a monster in man's skin, someone you didn't want to cross because you'd die before you could escape. Ishi believed there was fact in rumor, but he wouldn't hold a candle to it until he had met the man himself. Traveling around some people directed him to the hospital. It was sort of a weird place to meet someone, but he certainly didn't judge it. Bowing to the shinobi that helped him find the way, he moved toward the hospital with haste. Once he had arrived there he looked for someone who could help him, and once he finally did he spoke to them to get their attention," Hello there. I was wondering if Kenshin was in? I was told I could find him here?," he'd make sure he was heard clearly so there wasn't any room for misinterpretation. If he was given the correct information he would follow whatever signs or directions he was given before knocking on any door that denoted he was in the right area. He heard the sound of a voice beckoning him to come in and as he did , his eyes went from right to left before landing on the man known as Kenshin. There was a morbid curiosity upon the boys face as he blinked only once before nodding to himself. The man had an air of calm about him, but even Ishi could feel that it was maybe a facade. In the face of what could be considered true power, Ishi felt an uncomfortable feeling that could be best described as doubt. He knew that if anything happened he’d be crushed and.... even then he stood there with his smile. He shook his head for a moment before answering the question that was given to him,” I have heard rumors and tidbits on how you do it, but I wanted to see for myself honestly. Even if it’s something that I shouldn’t morally be okay with... I need to get stronger so I can protect my home,” he had the features and often mannerisms of a child at some point , but even Ishi knew that sometimes you had to accept things to move forward.

Ishi listened intently for a moment before debating mentally about it, a conversation with his other half as it were. He was taking from the dead to empower himself but...they were no longer of this world. It would be a disservice to not carry on their legacy and because of that...Ishi didn't mind this. He knew that many of his brothers and sisters of Konoha were slain and taken as objects or spoils of war. Knowing this if he was going to protect his home from the threats that would come their way...he needed to do this. Taking in a deep breath he would nod at his conviction and respond to the Reaper," I can't let my morality get in the way of protecting whats important to me...Kiri didn't show us any mercy...and if they were to come back to Konoha in the future I need to be ready. So let's do this," he would continue with this no matter what. Thinking on the males second comment he thought about what skill sets he would begin to focus on in the future. Because of this he would think long and hard before speaking," I want something that would augment my abilities with chakra but i am also going to take on the art of Fuuinjutsu later on...so something that could benefit that as well."

The Uzumaki Clan... Ishi knew of them in legend and history alone, but of the past Hokage had been one. Though from the history he didn't display their unique bloodline he had heard that the clan itself were masters in the art of Fuuinjutsu. Sadly they were wiped out during their hayday, but even now some of their descendants still roam the earth. An ability like that mixed with his already growing clan abilities....what would even come of such a combination? The thoughts began to spiral in his mind as he nodded in agreement," Of course...why didn't I think of that...," it was more of a sudden realization that he was going to go through with this, but he needed it. Looking back up to Kenshin he would indeed agree to taking the transplant," I will take the bloodline of the Uzumaki," knowing what this would entail he would await for further instructions on what to do next.

Ishi looked at Kenshin for a moment as he removed his shirt but looked to his right to see his Yuumei Manifestation sitting on a gurney not too far from the pair. He couldn't do anything per se if the Reaper felt it appropriate to end the young Shinkou's life...Then again if he wanted to he could overtake the young boys body just to move him out of the way. Maybe this was perfect for Ishi to go through. An advancement of power that would prepare him for his true test later down the line should he make it to that point. As Ishi laid down and closed his eyes, he felt his body go numb before as soon as he knew it the procedure was done. He would slowly sit up as he touched his left hip and smiled. Something so simple was quickly done. Standing up he would slide on his shirt and jacket as he paid Kenshin the funds he had asked for and thanked the man as he walked away happy.
