Holiday Missions!

There you are, just minding a cool winters day wherever you are, when suddenly a magical letter appears in your hand. Attempts to destroy the letter appears obsolete as after you do it just reappears in your hand. When you finally decide to open up the letter, it reads:
Hello! And happy holidays!
I am the Hollykage, ruler of the hidden holiday village. I spread joy and cheer to all good Shinobi and Kunoichi every year during winter time and I think YOU are a very good ninja. This year, I’ve decided to give you all a chance to earn some wonderful rewards by completing some super special tasks for me. Choose a task that you want to do and I’ll magically teleport you there using my super secret holiday jutsu.
Also! I might just have you work with some other good ninjas around the world to complete my various tasks. Teamwork makes the dreamwork right?! But be warned, any attempts to ruin the holiday spirit during these tasks will feel the wrath of my super secret holiday jutsu.
One more thing! At the end of the month my powers will fade away and have to recharge for a whole year, erasing all memories of what tasks I had you do for me. BUT you’ll be left all the sweet rewards you earned from them and it will be like the holiday miracle you always dreamed of!.
- TLDR:
- Complete these magical holiday missions by January 8th - Hunters included.
- You will be teleported to the mission site and teleported back when you’re finished. There is no need to RP this unless you want to for CD purposes.
- Your team can consist of any other member on NRPG (Excluding another one of your own characters), up to 4. If you attempt to harm any other member of the team the hollykage will transport you away from the mission and you lose all rewards from it.
- At the end of the event period your memories will be wiped of what happened, as to avoid any manip from the encounter down the line.
- Complete these magical holiday missions by January 8th - Hunters included.

Task:
In the Land of Iron there is a peak that is considered to be the highest peak in all the realms. There, near the summit, is a grove that holds the remains of an ancient asteroid. The metals found from it are extremely valuable. Find a way to reach the summit and bring down some pieces of the asteroid with you and you’ll be rewarded handsomely.

Task:
The workshop is where the hollykage makes all of his wonderful weapons and wares for ninjas to use all over the world! Around this time the workshop gets so busy that it often leads to huge messes.
Your job is to go to the workshop and help clean it up, organize the ninja tools by type (kunai, shuriken, senbon, etc.), and while you’re at it give the outside of the workshop a new coat of paint, and only bright red will do!
There will be some workers around the workshop that you can use to help you out. Give them a pep talk too to brighten their spirits.

Task:
This year the Hollykage has worked his labor team to the bone creating special treats for all the good ninja around the world. This year, some of their employees have had enough.
In the dead of the night a group of workers gathered up a ton of magical wood in a sleigh and stole it from the generous Hollykage. This treasure of rare material is not for them. Naughty Naughty workers.
Instead of handling it himself the Hollykage has given you a chance to work on your teamwork and show off your skills. Capture these hooligans and stop them from succeeding in their heist.
[Your adversary can be handled however you like but their power/abilities are obsolete.]

In the land of Iron there is a mysterious cave that it said to glisten in the moonlight. Rumor has it that within its chambers lies clusters of a precious jewel that are said to be as radiant as diamonds. Rumor also has it that to get to the jewel you must pass a challenge with details unknown.
Your task is to explore this cave, defeat the challenge that lies within, and retrieve this precious jewel.

Task:
The Ruins of old Kirigakure have become the perfect spot for the poisonous pufferfish to habitat and thrive. Recently the hollykage has gotten into cooking with exotic ingredients and the pufferfish is one of the rarest that he wants to get his hands on.
Your task is to explore the waters around Old Kirigakure and gather pufferfish so that the hollykage can enjoy this delicious delicacy. While you are at it the land of water has lush fields of different vegetables. Find the hollykage some Hemlock while you are at. Be careful handling both ingredients!

Task:
The Hollykage often makes use of metal beings that are capable of their own thoughts. These puppet-like creatures often help the hollykage with guarding certain areas of the hidden holiday village without a need for food, drink, or any real maintenance. They are perhaps one of the most integral assets for the hollykages operations.
Sadly, one of them has gone off the deep end and has wandered away from the hidden holiday village. The Hollykage has received word that something fitting their description was found in one of the world's minor villages.
Find it and insure it’s return to the hidden holiday village to be refurbished. Perhaps somebody in that village has found it and is planning to use it for their own gain. Regardless, this technology must not be allowed to get out of the hidden holiday village!

Task:
Long ago when Black Zetsu was young he found the hollykage and stole a portion of his being. Ages would pass with Zetsu nurturing this powerful chakra with his own, growing it into an outrageous amalgam he named “The Naughtykage”. He would dispatch him to disrupt the hollykages' jolly plans wherever he can. He steals back ninja tools from good ninja and leaves the area a mess in the process. Some believe that the naughtykage even steals away ninja from time to time to feed on their chakra, growing stronger with every terrible bite. He has been a constant thorn in the Hollykages’ side.
With all the help that you’ve been doing for the Hollykage you have certainly drawn his attention and he is drooling at the mouth to feed on your chakra. Using his super special naughty jutsu he has teleported you into a dome made of an impenetrable see through material. This dome has a 50 Meter diameter and is just as tall at the center. Digging down reveals that you are actually in a globe that is 50 meters deep at the center. Any attempts to teleport out of the structure ends in failure.You have been trapped in the Naughtykages snow globe.
Within the snowglobe a snowstorm rages that limits normal sight to just 10 meters of visibility. Large trees are scattered throughout the globe and at the center there lies a singular 1 Room building with one door, roofed, and is 10 meters tall, wide, and long.
You must destroy the Naughtykage within the snowglobe in order to escape.
[Rules of Play:
Up to three players can form a team to fight the naughtykage. Any three players can join up.
After the three team members have posted the NPC naughtykage appears. The Naughtykage can have any appearance chosen by the NPCer.
The NPCer is given the highest power ranking stat page of the players to use as the Naughtykage’s stat page. If multiple players have the same power rank the NPCer can make the choice. The power rank of the player selected determines the rank of the hunter mission.
If you are about to be killed the hollykage will teleport you out of the snowglobe and spare your life. You forfeit any rewards for the mission. Only players that live to defeat the naughtykage are granted rewards and can claim this mission towards their power rank advancement.
The NPCer only needs to defeat one player in order to receive their reward. While unlikely, an NPCer may be given credit towards their rank up based on their performance. Only a full mod or an admin can approve these threads.
This mission can only be attempted once per player. GLHF!

Hey All! I'm glad to see so many players taking on these holiday missions, working together, and receiving great rewards.
With the event coming to an end I'd like to go over a few final notes for the missions:
-Any new missions must be started on or before Dec. 25th.
-All missions, including hunters, must be completed on or before January 8th. If the mission is not complete by that time you are immediately exited out of the topic and cannot claim mission rewards. Any WC you did can be still be claimed for training.
-If you are stuck in a mission with an AFK player you are allowed to 48 hour them to continue posting. The topic still follows regular mission rules, the total WC of the mission must be done, and only members that complete at least their portion of the mission WC can gain the mission rewards.
From all of us at NRPG, happy holidays and have a safe and happy new year!
