To be quite honest, Wan had never used this technique known as 'Mayfly', hell, he only realized he had it when he was stepping forth to open the gates of Suna and noticed how easily his body merged with the material. That very moment opened up a spark for new ideas, helping Senju realize the full extent of what he could do with the ability. Recently he also began to realize just how far he could feel Chakra, especially the signatures he had remembered in the past. Most of them seemed to be gone, however, a faint one could be felt still in Wind Country, one that was instantly familiarized: His brother Ghost. Taking the opportunity to test out his skills, he focused on the chakra signature and instantaneously began to form with a tree that was in front of him, 'casually' merging into it before he 'was the tree', free to travel where he wanted as long as the material was thus connected somehow.

His destination now? His brother Ghost.
