How are you getting 18 stats? 2871 divided by 200 (missions are still doubled wc) is 14

Isn't it only 200 for the portion that applies to the mission word count? So 2000/200 + 800/100 = 18

I clarified with some others who say that the 200 words for 1 stat point only applies to the word count required to meet the mission requirements (2000 in this case). everything after that is 100 words / 1 stat.
