Max had left rather abruptly upon the mention of the puppeteer that Komon had mentioned. This was rather disappointing as Komori wanted to listen to his brother’s story regarding the chuunin exam. Oh well, some other time. Komori was surprised that his good for nothing brother had actually decided to pay for his own meal instead of leaving the Hozuki with the bill. With everyone else having gone, Komori finished off his food, flirted with the waitress a bit more, and then paid for his meal and left to go finish his chuunin exams or whatever.
