Letter of Invitation

The messenger hawk flew fast from Konohagakure no Sato to Sunagakure no Sato, going from the Hokage's office to the Kazekage's office with a scroll tightly held in the animals talons. Hokage Kurisu had sent this letter in order to inform Kazekage Koroshi of the upcoming Jounin Exams taking place in Konohagakure no Sato. If opened:

I am sending this to you in order to let you know that we will be hosting Jounin Exams in the near future, if you'd like to have some of the you ninja participate then feel free to let them come here to take part; however, I would like if you could give them your own written test so that they don't have to try and understand Konoha's ways.

Koroshi upon getting this letter would begin to write something up to put on every mission board for his ninja to see, informing them about the exams, so that they may sign up, and begin to head to the office to have the test done.
