Getting A Necklace (Private,NK)

Ashur walked down the street by all the shops wondering if he was going to buy anything anytime soon. He was wearing his flak jacket, a t shit, shorts, and had his wings outstretched from the holes sewed into them. He loved spreading them out, the feeling was one nobody would be able to understand. A bunch of people looked at him with very odd stares, and Ashur fixed his wig while blushing. He still needed to get used to people judging him on his wings. He wondered if they even had a life other then to watch him walk around with wings. Haven't they seen a bird, Ashur asked to himself.
"Hey Ashur, do you want anything from the stores. All they have is a bunch of odd jewelry that seems to have magic properties."
Ashur's eyes widened. He knew what he wanted the most was something to prevent him from exploding himself up, but how expensive would that be? He goes up to the counter, and watches the shop owner looking kind of scared. The shop owner picked up a necklace that looked very expensive and threw it at Ashur.
"Please just go! We don't need half bird people fucking with our sales!"
Ashur glared, and wasn't going to walk away so easily.
"Listen here, there are ninja out there who use horrific jutsu with horrific body modifications, at least I have wings that won't give people nightmares. Take a look over the bingo book, and you will see what I mean. Also don't you dare judge a book by it's cover again. I mean no harm, and if anything, view me as an angel not a demon. Fucking asshole."
The shop owner had a blank stare, and Ashur stopped away angry about how he can't have wings in a world of horrors.
"Let's get out of here Brandon. We don't want to ruin his sales."
The frog put a hand on Ashur's shoulder.
"Calm down Ashur. You don't need to take out all your anger on this person."
Ashur sighed, and looked frustrated, knowing full well Brandon was right. He really hated that frog sometimes. He grabbed the necklace by the chain and held it up. The only problem was the jewel on it was grey, when the tag on it said ruby. Ashur looked confused, and pressed onto the gem of the necklace confused. He quickly put his hand back in a knee jerk reaction after feeling a prick on his finger. He shook his hand out, and saw his blood rushing through the gem and the gem glowing in front of him.
"Your deepest desire had been granted."
A voice echoed, and Ashur stared, creep ed out beyond belief. The gem would never do this again, and Ashur put the necklace on, and shrugged.
"Brandon, do you think this will stop the explosions from killing me?"
The frog shrugged.
"Only one way to find out, Ashur."
The frog took a paper bomb they had gotten for free from another shop and put it on Ashur's chest. The boy began to cringe imagining this not working, and his chest being hollowed out. The frog then armed the paper bomb, and began to walk away out of range of the paper bomb. The frog then detonated the explosion, and Ashur grabbed at his chest in pain. It hadn't worked. Ashur then put a bomb in front of him and lit the fuse. They got a lot of free things from horrified vendors today. The bomb's fuse went down, and Ashur channeled chakra into the necklace. A bubble formed around him, and he looked happy. Brandon watched in amazement as the bomb didn't do a thing to Ashur after exploding. The boy felt like jumping up and down seeing he had an explosion proof necklace. Brandon got a better idea.
"Let's see if it works for other things!"
Ashur nodded, and the frog sprinted towards him, ready to punch. The frog passed right through the bubble as if it were just a hologram, and lightly punched Ashur to see if anything would happen. Ashur got knocked back a bit, and cringed again.
"Seems to only work for explosions, what a waste. Might as well keep it on for the future. I mean what could possibly happen with explosive jutsu?"
The frog and Ashur nodded in agreement, then began to walk back to their house with the new necklace. The sharp part of the ruby was dulled after taking blood, and the necklace seemed to only be able to make the shield from now on. How weird, Ashur thought to himself. He then got a better idea
"Brandon you try!"
The frog smiled, and Ashur put it on the frog. Brandon tried to activate it, but couldn't at all. It was just a simple necklace on others it seemed. Ashur took off the necklace.
"It doesn't seem to work with other people, oddly enough. Maybe you need my DNA, since it took blood?"
The frog nodded, and then walked with Ashur down the street. It seems as if things played out well from them today. They got a necklace, and just recovered from training summoning jutsu. That jutsu had exhausted Ashur, and if they had dared to try another session today, the consequences might be bad. They might also not learn a thing if they train, and just be wasting their time! The possibility seemed endless for the two. All they got today was the necklace, but that was fine by them. They didn't even have to spend any money on it! It was perfect the more the two thought about it. They walked home after a long day of window shopping and free things. They might as well had been training, because they felt a bit exhausted. This was only mentally though. Brandon thought of the perfect way to end the day, and decided two words would wrap up the entire trip.
"Hey Ashur! Guess what!"
The boy looked at the toad oddly.
"What?"
The frog smiled, and decided to use telepathy for this one. He thought it over, and sent the message to Ashur's mind!
"Feh Got."
Ashur and Brandon began to roar laughing, and Ashur realized he felt a lot more mature with his necklace on. It seems as if tonight was going to just be the two making jokes to each other and enjoying each other's company. The two had been alone up till now, and have grown stronger then they had ever imagined. The two smiled, and walked back to their house in peace.
