Arcanis used his Jiso to travel back to Iwa. It's not as easy traveling as he made it out to be. Arcanis had to take a moment with a map and his Ichimatsugan. He used his ability to locate down to the centimeter the location of his exit. At that point he would open the Jiso and simply walk through.
