Rakka lazily lounged at the top of the pillar, forming a rather ornate throne from ice. She was liking this new power. As the two others reached the top, she would clench her fist, forming ice around it, which picked it up slowly, moving it closer to the middle, before disintegrating back to nothing.
”I suppose I could just make the entire house out of this stuff, couldn’t I?” She would say, more to herself then to the other two. ”Although, a cold house like that wouldn’t be all that pleasant for any visitors I may have over…” She would add, biting her lip lightly as she slipped out of the throne, onto her feet. Walking towards the pile of building supplies, she folded her arms. ”Still, I can make this go a lot faster if I just make the foundations from the stuff…” She said, before clenching her fist, forming the foundations of the house from strong ice. Pointing to a spot near the top of the stairs, she instructed them.
”The door should go there, facing away from the prevailing winds.” She would say, picking up an armful of bricks and laying them down atop the ice where she had pointed. ”Well, come on!” She would say, looking back.

Rakka watched Korosu leave, apparently she had to see her kids. She herself remembered that she had a doctor's appointment or something, so would leave the finishing of her house to Jin.
"Alright, finish all of this, I'll be back in like two hours." She would say, leaving quickly.
