Takehiko moved quickly through the borders between Snow and Moon country, the civilians he passed only feeling a rush of wind. Even though he could not match Toma or Den in speed, he was still above the average by a large margin. The climate grew cold as he rushed to the village of Yukigakure, but he paid no heed. In very little time at all Takehiko managed to pass into the country, and would quickly find himself at the village gates should no one stop him.

(Seeing as Takehiko's speed is 100 I guess I don't have a word req for safe travels right? seeing as the 1k word count is now reduced by 1k.)
