Zuko laid in bed in the middle of the night, looking at the ceiling, when all of a sudden he felt the overpowering need to visit Kumogakure and say hi. So he jumped out of bed, threw on some random clothes, and ran down the stairs. "GOING TO KUMOOO! BE BACK LATERRR!!" he'd yell out. He's then run out the door, taking his 500 ryo with him.

He soon arrived at the Village Gates. He pulled out a sticky note and a pencil and wrote-

Going on a little trip, be back soon. Don't worry, I'm not leaving forever. Tell Tenkage-sama I said thanks again for fixing my back!

And stuck it to the gates. He then ran full speed out of the gates and toward Kumogakure, Tenga like dust in the wind.
