A topic ([P]Suzaku, Zee)

Suzaku ran quickly through the streets of Tengakure. Today had been a rather surprising one. The Tenkage had actually called him to his office again. This was weird…. Since the Tenkage had been busy lately and hadn’t really had time to train, and every time Suzaku asked him it was a ‘maybe later’ or ‘I’m a bit too busy at the moment’ so Suzaku wondered what was going on. Was the war over? No…. It couldn’t be….. The streets would be much more active. Suzaku quickly dismissed his thoughts, approaching the Tenkage chambers. Suzaku quietly walked in, following the guards to the Tenkage’s office, finally speaking after a few moments of silence.

“Greetings Tenkage-sama. If I may ask, why have you requested my presence?”

"Welcome, Suzaku. I hear your training is coming along nicely. Now, I have a proposition for you. I need someone to watch over Kirigakure, someone I can trust." Zachariah would look at Suzaku. He was a young child. He would likely be easy to manipulate should the need be. Hopefully, however, it would not be. "Would you be willing to overtake that situation? Understand the responsibility. Should something happen, you would have to defend. Only take this up if you feel ready for it."

Suzaku listened with interest as Zach explained the situation too him. A position? What position could this be? Was he getting promoted to the anbu? Then, the words finally hit him. The leader of Kirigakure…… Suzaku thought about this for a moment. Remembering the ups and downs of power and the history of Kirigakure he had learned about in the academy. How its kage’s had a high chance of……. Dying. Regardless, Suzaku respected that the Tenkage now trusted Suzaku. And after a few moments, he spoke.

“I accept your offer Tenkage-sama. I believe I am fully capable of watching over the village and defending it in case of emergency.”

Suzaku then waited for a moments before speaking again

“So……… Are you going to take me to Kirigakure now or should I gather my things and head off?”

"Gather your things and return here, I shall take you there." With that, he would wait for Suzaku to return.

Upon his return, he would grab Suzaku's shoulder. With a poof, they would be within his personal realm. The regular world was visible around them, tinged slightly purple. They stood on a platform that seemed to bot be there, as it started moving. They would pass through the buildings, and over the lands, until they reached Kirigakure. From a small lantern within the lantern shop near the Mizukage's building, they would appear within the office. Zachariah would let go of the boy. "Have fun" he would say as he disappeared again, right after placing the paper lantern he had grabbed from his office on the wal in this one. He would watch the boy for awhile before leaving, returning to Kirigakure from within his own realm.

Suzaku nodded and ran out, quickly gathering his belongings from his house and travelling back to the office. He had put all his stuff into a grey colored duffle bag and now waited to see what would happen. Suzaku then felt Zach grab his shoulder and watched as he was transported to the pocket dimension. Suzaku wondered why they were here……… There was nothing here that could possibly help with the situation. Suzaku then noticed that they were moving, the images before him moving rapidly as he suddenly appeared in the Mizukage office. He quickly got settled in, putting his belongings in his new quarters and getting his Mizukage things set up. Today marked the day of a new reign. The reign of Suzaku.
