Canon Rules (WIP)

1.You can only use certain Jutsu that are not to powerful for 1-hit kills or would result in character death
2.You must have your own character before playing as a canon character
3. Make sure to edit your stats no matter how powerful that character is.
4. You MUST remain active and use these custom stats!
5. You cannot learn new jutsu unless the character in anime/manga learns it, you will have to use the full jutsu list provided.
6. Your roleplay sample must match the level of the character you are trying to claim for roleplay. For example, Naruto could be classed as a Kage with his power so you will need to provide a Kage-standard roleplay.
7. You cannot copy the canon's information from anywhere or it is an automatic rejection.

wait lost thats stupid frist of all u need a canon clam center then they can use the normal template to put it up on characters. and u should allow them to get info from wiki and all that. It will help get members.

J, canons aren't even finished yet. Of course there will be a canon claim area!
I think we should just simplify this Aiko - their RP sample and current char measure if they get the canon or not?
